Looking for awesome games that run 30 to 60 fps and have more gameplay than reading. For example that one game where you're a girl and flash people in public but mine didn't run more than 15 fps which is pretty laggy.

i think it may help if you specify what "weak laptop" means to you.

my last laptop made me notice that I did not really need a core-i5 and a dedicated nvidia card, so my new one I went for core i3 and Intel IGP and it runs many things reasonably well.

The laptop is the Lenovo ThinkPad x1 carbon 5th gen.

I know that game you mentioned, but most games here are either visual novels which should run well on anything, or RPGM games, most of which should run great on anything. Those Unity or Unreal Engine games are the exceptions. If gameplay is your main criterion, here.

yes, that laptop to me is far from weak.

Even quite some Unity/ "others"/ Godot games should run fine.
Unreal and the likes may be a problem, but else I'd just try - maybe not those that come with superlarge images / animations/ videos, but those on laptop may be a no-no for download size alone anyways :p .

Heroine Resque Team. With mods, if you're brave enough. Some utilize too damn detailed models.
HardStuck.
Secret Flasher Manaka w/ custom missions.
That's top3 on my SSD-less Lenovo IdeaPad.

Or, you can go brave murky waters of Ren'Py based games. There are hidden gems, like SexBot, or both Iris Quest games (one "boardgame-like" and one "rpg-like"), or Town of Magic... But you'll gonna dig for these. ALONE and ALOT.

if it's an easy to modify engine like renpy then there should be a compressed version somewhere in the thread (or could be requested if there's none yet, or done yourself if you're savvy enough; there's tools like this one too)

Well I just figured out why the game was so laggy. I didn't turn the settings all the way down. Anyway recommend any good games I should play?
