Insight of you is an absolute banger, one of the best games in here.

And on itch.io dev selling full version which he claim is 3 times bigger then demo. It seems dev didn't using patreon to sell this game.
Demo is very polished by storytelling and game play.
Another very solid project from "social awkward" dev is Cheeky.

ive been looking for a good paranormal influenced game with similar aspects to phasmohentai this might be a banger , good shout !

Not familiar with that one myself, but have you tried out MIST yet?
Paranormal Magic & Sci-fi. Really good characters and almost everything is animated.
Opening act is vaguely reminiscent of some older mainstream stuff like 7th Guest or The 11th Hour.
