Seeking Good games with dark themes and storylines that reflects real world issues

Any good games that not only that showcases dark (or sensitive) themes and dark storylines but can also tackle real-life issues: (Metal illness, PTSD, Discrimination, and etc)
e.g. Summer's Gone (grief, depression, narcism), Saya no Uta (Delusions, Schizophrenia, not having the right treatment), Doki Doki Literature Club (youth suicide), Seeds of Chaos (waging war, and pillaging from innocents). That's all I can think of.

What are other games would you all recommend?
