VN - Ren'Py - Good Girl Phone [Ch.8] [LazyRaccoonStudio]

This is one that is clearly made for the young crowd... I'm not old, but I don't live on my damn phone 24/7. Some of these people commenting they made it however many hours, I commend you because I only made it about 30 minutes. The entire design of this game is to be played entirely on a phone... Clicking from app to app like messages to images and camera... It's just not my thing I got bored with it quick... Change it from good girl phone, good girl life and make it a normal lifestyle game and you might have something Im interested in.

Unfortunately not the game it could have been:

Nice art though it is AI. I also like the short Animations, but that's a personal opinion. I could understand if somone was disliking those.
Moreover the story itself is quite okay (at least the idea of it).

But what makes this game a maximum of 2 stars is the lack of pictures. Like first run I had to play like 1 hour before getting any topless pictures...
The missing autoplay and annoying tapping to go on makes this game jus annoying.
And the story makes to many skips und doesn't follow a good timeline. E.g. one Day the MC says she is gonna meet the teacher in the evening, but that goes out partyiing and no more word about the planned date. But any other event happens that was supposed to begin long time ago ...

all in all so much potencial, but the game's just no fun to play

This is the first "Mobile Phone Game" I played. The entire game happens on a mobile device. The story is told through a string of message chats. The player can make choices that change the MC behavior (Good / Bad) and the relationship with the other characters. A fairly simple, but straight forward dating simulation. I find the story intriguing. I also like the language and the perspective from people who mainly live on their phones. That part is interesting to me. The art is of a lower priority in this game. If you are looking for that (as I typically am) you may be disappointed. Also, I have reached a point where the game is terminally stuck: none of the chats offers any new content and there is nothing else to do. Maybe, that is because I drove down the relationship with all male characters and drove up the relationship with all female characters (= lesbian path simulation?). Anyways, even thouigh the art is not special and the game got stuck, the overall experience was still interesting enough for four stars for me.

Yes, it's yet another AI phone game. But this one is a cut above the rest.

The character models and user interface are both excellent. If you prefer slow burn corruption it's definitely worth checking out.

I think having a female protagonist really helps as you are given a lot more agency compared to similar games where you play the boyfriend. It also dilutes the NTR, which is a big plus if you don't like that genre.
