The thread I'm linking here can get you almost anywhere you might want to go on this site related to incest. In addition to keeping track of most of the incest related content on the site, it links to a few sub- or spinoff threads for more particular incest tastes. I guess what I'm trying to say is that even in the better quality incest themed titles you'll find, you're probably going to find some version of a mom (or some related character, at least) jerking off the MC scene if there is a male protagonist. If that specific trope is a turn-off for you for some reason, even the better quality incest titles you can find around here are not going to be enjoyable for you. Most of the time someone jerks someone off in an adult game, it's ultimately because they got hard, so the OP is probably a lot more vague in communicating both what you didn't like about what you've seen and what you're looking for in a recommendation than you probably intended.
