Seeking Good trainer or management (non brothel) games from the last few years?

I played a lot of these in 2020 or so, including many of the classics (Witch Trainer, Something Unlimited, Four Elements Trainer, Princess Trainer, Soldier's Life, Orange Trainer, Strive, Slave Lords of the Galaxy, Star Channel 34, Brothel King, Free Cities, Fort of Chains, Monster Girl Club Bifrost, etc).

What are the better ones that have come out in the last 5 years or so, in your opinion? Either classic trainer games, or management games of any kind (but not brothels, I'd rather have a harem fantasy than a pimp one). Can also be trainer games focused on a single girl.

And if you know of a trainer game that lets me use custom images for the girl (kind of like Brothel King does) and has good sex scene writing, even better!

You didn't mention this one, which is one of my favorites, though clearly a very different flavor from Akabur-inspired trainers, more focused on submission.

While it's much more niche and hard to get into, I should mention CS. It plays differently from anything else, being focused on battle-rape. Once you win a game and capture (a) heroine(s), there's a turn-based training system, and you get to use them in future playthroughs.
