Remember those old hardcore hentai mangas and animes, like "Urotsukidogi" and "Elfen Lied"? Those were full of hot sex scenes with cool characters, but they also had many scenes with gore and extreme violence. Such mix of blood and boobs worked fine back in the 80s and 90s. But time goes by and new generation might have different tastes. What do you think about mixing naked chicks with gore stuff?

When the question is, wether it is acceptable, I think as far as game or other work of fiction goes, anything is acceptable, if it helps you tell your story. Even gore and sex in one scene.
However, if the question is, wether it makes a good porn game, I think gore invalidates the sex scenes. Splatter horror is a tool for telling a story, but it is never sexy. So for a good porn game, gore and sex shoud be strictly seperated.
Psycho horror and fear are a different matter, though I think they should affect NPCs rather than the player. They may fit into a sex scene, e.g. if you play a vampire.

I think it depends on what kind of zombie. A typical zombie wont be very sexy to say least, but some types of more well preserved undead may be.

I would love to see more content related to torture and (excessive) violence in porn games but of course most creators rather make "boring vanilla incest clone 1203" than something new and fresh like a well thought out torture simulator. Guro is something of an acquired taste so most mortals are not blessed with the gift of seeing it's beauty but still I know there are plenty of us who can appreciate the sexiness of a woman being slowly tortured to death. Or if you want to go to the extreme side of things, the perpetrator, strings the victims on a table cuts them open, bathes in the entrails and proceeds to perform sexual rituals (while the victim is on their last breath).

Well 3/4 of those a Yandere games " I love you so much that I kill you at the end of the game ". This is the laziest way to integrate the gore into the game. Only few use it with thoroughness

If you want to make a game with a ton of violence and blood, I'm comfortable with that. If you're talking about guro, I find that very uncomfortable.

Are we talking about gore in a porn game, or porn in a gory game? That might sound like splitting hairs, but I see a difference. If I were to play a "porn game" where gore was inserted just for shock value, I would probably not be a fan. But I can see myself enjoying a well-told horror story where the plot and tone and mood of the game lends itself to gory scenes, with sex scenes along the way. Or a noir-style game--if it had good sex scenes but also violence/gore that fit the plot, that might work for me. But gory sex scenes are not my thing, so I voted for choice B.

ya thats good too. i was thinking just in terms of it being fantasy you can do whatever you want with it. if the it just so happens to be sexy looking zeds then so be it. keep in mind i have a zombie girl fetish so whats in my mind is probably way different then what most have.

Look at animations history in Japan... I grew up when back in the 70's and 80's where Japanese Anime was very violent and always was full of gore, and that same tradition continues all the way till today... It was never intended for children, as it's target audience were adults... So why would Hentai be any different? They've always been rather gory when it comes to having any violence or death or combat, just like Japanimation (Japanese Anime)... It's sort of a part of their cultural history in both art and prose to show violent scenes with blood and gore... Look at any ancient Japanese tapestry scenes that include violence...

That doesn't necessarily translate over to the rest of the world in the same way, desire, or need... Sure there is violence and gore in stuff like Graphic Novels, but they were never intended for anyone but mature adults in the first place...

As far as Erotic/Adult Visual Novels outside of Hentai, I really prefer to not have gore unless it is befitting of the scene to tell the story properly... But casual unnecessary gore just for the sake of it, when it doesn't really help tell the overall story, I can live without it... But I am whole heartedly against it during any erotic scenes... Why the hell would I want to see a death scene or gore or extreme violence during an erotic sex scene? That so ruins the moment, and just ticks more people off than the possible number of people that would find that remotely entertaining... I'm sure there are some disturbed folks that probably find it totally entertaining for crap like that to occur during a sex scene, but it definitely is not a majority thing...

I mean, come on, here you are reading and/or watching an erotic sex scene, getting into it, then suddenly a sword through both of their guts, blood flying everywhere... Maybe if they were the perverted villains, that kept ticking all the players/readers off during a story, harming the protagonist and his/her love interests at every turn, and they get their comeuppance, maybe then I could walk away without feeling too angry or saddened... But it would take specific circumstances for a gory end to occur during an erotic sex scene, in order to be forgivable... At least for me...
