I finally fixed it the problem is my onedrive language is not english.

What language was your one drive set to originally before you reverted it back to English?

Sometimes, these strange symbols and characters occur when the system locale is not set to Japanese, hence why these issues occur when trying to run some of these Japanese AVNs.
