RPGM - Completed - Gran Ende III [v1.03] [Hiwatari Honpo]

Great game but severly lack of result of your character corruption like the lewd stat its just there for decoration even if you screw around there's no change its exactly like playing two different game, so if you play this for the corruption tags just no imo there's no corruption in this game...
and last the ending is dissapointing

Solid RPGM game. I initially expected this to be a simple corruption game where you sleep around to progress, but it turned out the story has actual depth and the two heroines have a genuine character and personality.

You get a good 8 hours of gameplay. It's smooth and devoid of bugs. It's not very grindy and doesn't have any tedious missions. Progression is satisfying.

Art is good and the heroines are attractive. NSFW content is also pretty good and is progressive with good pace, so it is realistic within H-games standard, although it varies between the heroines. The red head Anjie paths more into the "open minded girl explores her sexuality (enjoys it, prostitution, etc)", and the modest girl Siska is the "Pure maiden gets taken advantage of" type.

I'd recommend this game if you want a solid RPGM experience.

Gameplay:Very polish game. A good 8 hours on gameplay.

Graphic: my favorite. The H scene are great with ahegao, corruption, rape, resisting.

Story: so-so

Great game. it being complete is a massive bonus. Anjie starts off different to how she acts at the end. it is clear character development has taken place. this is rare. I hope an influencer plays this game and makes it popular but this only seems to happen to bang average games.

This game is worth a try. It has good CG's and sound effects. I enjoyed the corruption of the 2 heroines but at the same time I find it lacking due to the fact that you can only get harrassed at nighttime, and it doesn't affect the story at all. The redeeming trait of this game is Anjie is very hot. Kudos to translator for translating this gem.

People dont like this game pretty much because for what they expected from Gran Ende 2, game and art is good, combat is decent , grinding is friendly if you want to, balanced economy and item ,

honestly i still think this game is still worth to play, due to how good the story and the gameplay is.

The game is linear mean you traverse from area A to Area B. and ect...
i can feel some semi-exploration in there, Btw the MC is very cute and cool.

imo this is one of the classic hentai game .

- Combat is easy, standard turn based battle, there is no need strategy.
- Obtaining gold is easy too by doing a mission and other way.
- Character Art, Story, Environment, Social, Event, CG are excellent.
- Translation is great, just some very little mispelled.

For me this is one of the best rgps in the last couple of months and here's why:
The ratio between actual gameplay (fights, roaming etc.) and H-Scenes is perfect.
You don't have to hustle too much to get new levels and new H-Scenes, the fights are balanced and very managable.
You get to play two heroines and are free to chose between them.
New H-Scenes will get notified by the op once they are available so you don't waste time searching around for new possibilites.
The graphics are amazing. very detailled and nicely implemented.

The only negative I have to mention is that the screen sometimes seems to lag a little, but that didn't bother me too much.

As few people mentioned its basically 2 separate games in 1: one is generic RPGmaker game with basic story and gameplay and second is h-game which boils down to willingly hunting for events at night.
The best h-rpgs are when porn content is tied to the gameplay(and story) and corruption of heroine/s is present in various aspects: in dialogue, visuals(gradually more skimpy clothing or even option to go naked), NPC reactions, sex skills that can be used in battles etc.
Theres none of it in GE3. Whatever happens at night(the hentai part of the game) does not affect the day part(fairly boring and standard "rpg"). Heroines always wear the same outfits and do not seem to get more lewd even when they fuck hobos at night so the "corruption" aspect is pretty weak and underdeveloped.
As for the h-scenes theyre just ok, art is good but scenarios lack any creativity and are rather mild considering most h-events involve rape, blackmail, sexual harrassment etc. If someone just changed the dialogues and some facial expressions you would think its all vanilla, consensual sex.
No BDSM, exhibitionism, pet play or even spanking, whipping etc.
All in all, its a disappointing game. Plenty of better h-games out there.

Translator deserves a medal. This is exactly the kind of corruption game I enjoy. I love that the two MCs and their personalities and that the dubcon stuff is a lot 'softer' in this game, though I didn't care for some of Siska's routes. Only crit is the classic problem - the H content runs out a little towards the (sometimes challenging) endgame. I also would have preferred a system where completing the game doesn't get you a full unlock of CG but gives you clues as to how to access any missing events.

Feels like two different games that exist in parallel, and not in a good way. The daytime game is a mediocre JRPG while the nighttime game is a CG hunter. While there is a decent corruption progression and an impressive number of CGs at night, none of that leaks into the day. The townspeople or other major characters don't treat you any differently, the playable characters don't acknowledge anything that has been going on, and there are multiple corruption stories happening in near isolation so you get weird continuity issues as each girl gets corrupted from the beginning multiple times. It's just so tiresome having to take a break from the flawed, but still pretty good CG hunter to play the boring JRPG for half an hour or so to be allowed to keep going with it, especially as the "difficulty" ramps up and you have to spend longer grinding to proceed.

While I rag on it, the JRPG part is still above average for an H game and generally bearable, so it doesn't completely tank my evaluation of it. I still wish there were less of it, or it actually acknowledged the porn game part of the porn game.

Gran Ende III is a decently challenging combat RPG. And a sandbox rape/abuse/corruption simulator.

It's somehow two different games at once and this is my major complaint about this game. The main quest & gameplay loops can be finished without seeing anything lewd, and conversely, anything lewd that happens has 0 impact on the story or the characters.

Well, maybe there's something at the end which somehow makes all the sexual abuse meaningful to the story, I honestly don't know because I stopped playing out of boredom after 5-6 cleared areas. But I doubt it.

Separating the main story from anything sexual is a huge mistake when designing a lewd game. I would compare this to playing a Zelda game and then looking up some lewd Zelda art in between missions - or after you've finished the game. There's really no point to this and it destroys all immersion.

The game in itself isn't interesting enough to finish without the lewd parts, even though it's decently written and actually balanced pretty well. It's still your bog standard RPGM and you've all seen it a thousand times by now if you've spent any amount of time at all here on f95zone.

Regarding the lewd parts; I must say it kinda destroys the point of abuse/rape when the characters must actively choose to go and get abused with plenty of warnings beforehand. Warnings along the line of "I will probably get raped if I go through this door" appear frequently. And anything lewd only happens during the "night" portions of the game. It feels very structured and volontary. I feel really dumb when choosing to go out to get repeatedly abused at night time, because you can, you know, just not do that. Because why would anyone? The lewds just feel like fan service without any point.

The lewd scenes and art uses a lot of repeating assets, and there's no indication of when you've reached the end of a lewd "story arc". This means you'll be watching a lot of repeated lenghty scenes clicking through "oh oh oh, ah ah ah"-type dialogue. It gets really boring after a while.

If you're here for lewds, or a story filled with lewd elements, look elsewhere. If you like RPGM games with no sexual content then I guess this game is for you. But honestly who would play an RPGM game without any lewds in them? You'd be better off grabbing a super nintendo and playing some Zelda or Secret of mana or any other retro RPG without sexual content.

Game is super nice, one of the best pacings i have seen in a RPGM game art is nice with a healthy variety of kinks i kept playing for hours and it was adicting, hell even the combat is nice, is easy so you dont have to grind and the only dificult combats are the bosses. Art is good with 2-3 variation per hentai moment, also i love when games tell you exactly where the Hentai events are.

Im a new fan of the developer.
saddly i cant review the translation because i dont know what to look for but the game is fully coherent

I just finished 1 ending so I'll just make it short.

• Good story though the plot twist is not really impressive, it's still enough to make me curious till the end.
• Nice arts, nice CG, quality is technically the same as Gran Ende I and II. You can unlock all H-scenes after completing the game.
• H element in this game is the same as previous 2 Gran Ende games: It does not affect story or ending whatsoever, more like playing a role of just an added feature.
• No New Game+ as usual. After finishing the game, it will bring you back to before the final boss fight. At this point we turn on the game just to fap to collection H-scenes.
• Quite tedious grind, bosses are hard af. Trial temple is hard as always, 1 or 2 bosses have the ability to 1 hit down you. This is not a problem to players using RPG save editor.
• I would have rated 3 star of not because of Anjie. Not only she's hot, but also her eyes and minds are sharp af. By no means she's a stupid girl. Smart girls like this are my taste.

4-star for overall a good game, because the whole Gran Ende III pattern is not different from the previous 2 games.

In my opinion Gran Ende II is still the best one with best plot, better H-scenes context and unique Yuno interaction sub menu among the 3 games.

it's a simple game and that's what give the charm. If you have played the other gran ende you expect a simple buy enjoyable story. The scenes are also good and after you beat the game you will unlock all the scenes.

I played the JP version without translation. Going to be playing it again with English translation.
I thoroughly enjoyed the game and love that it had two females to "play" with this time around.
Cannot wait to see what else they have in store for the future!
