Hello everyone!
Some of you might have seen me around the forums from time to time in the Recruitment and Services section. For about two years, I’ve been working on illustration commissions and collaborating on various projects.
Today, I wanted to let you know that I’ve officially started my very first handmade project! I’ve always been a big fan of trainer games, and since I noticed there isn’t really a trainer game close to the One Piece concept, I decided to make one myself – not a parody, but something fully original.
Special thanks to the two programmer friends who offered to support me. All the story, visuals, and writing will be done by me. I truly hope you’ll support me in this first project and enjoy what I create!
"You were once a dreamer, serving under the command of a cruel pirate woman. When her ship caught fire, you seized the chance to escape to the 'Pirate Island.' From now on, your fate is in your own hands. Build your own ship, gather your crew of girls, train them, and keep fighting across the open seas!"
I have many mechanics and features in mind that I want to include in the game. I’d love to share the design document and exchange ideas, but before laying down the core structure of the game, I’d rather hold off for now. Still, your feedback will be very valuable in shaping this project. Thank you in advance for your comments! Below, I’m also leaving a few character design test sketches (none of these will be in the actual game – they’re just practice pieces).
This project will require a significant amount of resources, so I’m open to any and all support! Of course, I don’t want to leave that support unrewarded – if you’d like me to create illustrations or visual content for you, please check out my job post > F95
The plan is to release the Prologue within the next few months. I’ll also keep posting updates here as frequently as I can.
Day 1! I’ve completed the outline of the story and finished designing the basic HUD. Now I’m working on building a music and sound effects library and editing them. Tomorrow, I plan to start writing the very first scene.
