VN - Ren'Py - Grandma's House [Part 6 v0.94] [Moonbox]

There are 6 gingers in this game - Milf, her adult daughter, twin teens, a nympho and a sub. And there are several mother-daughter pairs.
This is enough for me to bump this game up to 5 stars.
That being said, without that specific kink match - this is a 4/5 endless fuckfest of a game. There is a story, but from what i glimpsed from it - it's has 0 weight. You meet a woman for some reason - you fuck her, she likes it - you fuck her again later because she liked it. Repeat.
The problem is - you fuck EVERY woman in the game. You can remove them from the story at the beginning via "not my type" option, but otherwise - every female character in this game is a part of a harem. MC several times sleeps buried under women bodies.
How is it a problem? Well, if you like a specific character - you might see less of her, than you wanted to, simply because all other women take up your time. Several women can be considered "primary" love interests and therefore take up most of the story. And if you prefer some side characters to them - tough luck.
Titular "Grandma" and one of her daughters(your aunt) are an example of that - they're more reluctant to sleep with MC than others and a lot of time is dedicated to them opening up. Meanwhile you're fucking entire neighborhood, including other aunt and her daughter. It's a bit jarring to switch from an orgy to a "i'm not sure if we should", followed by another orgy.
But hey, there's two orgies in that sentence - I'll take that.
I'm glad this is a linear story and not a sandbox - because they're so rarely work well - but this is the sort of game that might've been better as a sandbox, simply to allow player's control over the question of "who to fuck next". But then again - a long linear story is infinitely better than a half-baked sandbox.

A word of warning - you might be inclined to just peruse the gallery in-game to skip the story entirely. Not all variables are properly hooked up to the gallery - and so quite a few multi-character scenes start with "Everyone but X stand up and leave". So for full experience - you'll have to go through the games.

I really wanted to like it and I wished it would have those big-eyed Manga-art style so I could had put it instantly on my BL.
MC is the tree-trunk hung shmooser of a male no woman can resist. Hitting on every female charackter but does not accept any other man.
MC best friend is a ape-haired dude into "ugly fat" females so never a competition for MCs LIs ... Jez like a 9 year old has writen this cheap crap.
MC is all protective, all loving, all understanding male who spanks any female into meeting any clichee a man wishes for a (Bimbo-)woman.
And the graphics are outdated. Faciale expressions are On/Off so no subtle nuances - what fits because that would have made some effort/passion necessary.
And yes there is incest what could have been explored, but yeah Dev is a 9 year old, so does not realy know how to go about it.

It is clear, dev of this game tried to copy Killer7's style. And failed miserably.
But all in proper order. What's good that game has?
- good visuals. No ugly characters, no old bodies
- some of the characters are really cute and it's fun to read about them and MC. Sadly, it's a lesser part of the cast and they're the reason I played till the end of 3rd part. Sadly again, even those characters become boring when dev uses the same pattern every time we see them.
And that's where good ends and bad begins.
- MC is a summit of Marty Sue features. He's wealthy enough to not care about money. Every female falls for him from the first meeting, he's just that irresistable. And not only falls in love but instantly wants to have his babies. If this is not enough, MC has a penis like a tree log, long and thick and every female loves that cock (in real world - quite the opposite). And of course, he has some kind of supersperm that makes women pregnant from the first time. No doubt, in bed MC is some kind of sex god, always know how to plese every woman he meets. Like a cherry on top, MC cares for every woman he fucks and makes pregnant. It's impossible ideal, completely unrealistic and it's boring,
- Forced LI. There are some characters, most of them of old age, that MC romance without choice. It doesn't matter if the player don't like them, it doesn't player if the player finds it disgusting - we still see that and do not have a choice. Disgusting to read and disgusting to see.
- As I said in the beginning, it was a failed attempt of writing a text like talented writer. Dev clearly has no talent in writing. He copied (almost word-to-word) patterns of text from good games and just repeat that time and time again. When you read the same pattern of text about the same person for the upteenth time it becomes more and more boring. And of course, with ideal Marty Sue as MC you just can't make story that is worth to read.
To sum it all, no noticable story, forced LIs, boring text - even 1 star is too much for that.

I tried to like this game. At first, there was a bit of a story. There were some "deep" thoughts. Now, honestly, it's just one boring sex scene after another with a couple of dialogues that aren't even funny. And it all boils down to MNAH, KYA, OOOH, KYA, MNAH. And little else.
Characters disappear. What happened to the first child? Completely gone. Like the Li, who gave birth. A game that was initially fun has become totally boring.

This is based on the 1st part only as I did not feel like playing any more parts.
The game is not for me.

Some of the models looked nice, especially the redheads.


What I did not like
The only thing that is happening is MC going about his daily life and randomly banging every female in the area, regardless of age or size.
That's essentially it, no story, no characters, nothing remotely interesting.

Note: MC is a despicable, disgusting piece of sh** for forgetting about their dog when moving houses. That is simply unforgivable.

This Game is my favorite VN. Lots of pretty Girls, all open for relationship. Sure for some it takes longer to convince (Amy only fell im v0.91) but in the end you have them all. Most girls also become pregnant, but for now they don't have bellies yet (or very minor). Most other kinks are covered and optional.

Also what it is important to me: You can opt out of anal without ending the scene. Unfortunately there are a few unconditional anal scenes (not enough for a downvote though)

Holy shit I only finished part 1 and I can't believe there's 6 parts of this masterpiece. There being no animations doesn't bother me in the slightest, I prefer there to not be any rather than it being implemented really terribly or resorting to AI. I'm glad there's no weird criminal sub-plot, besides the spa stuff anyway, there's no need for that in my porn games in my opinion.

There's something in this for everybody. All kinds of different kinks and different girls with different personalities, from dominating cops to a family of competitive Irish Redheads to some of the cutest girls imaginable. Can't wait for the (caring) corruption of Shizuka that I assume is coming sooner rather than later, Liz and Kat Mother Daughter duo are somehow both super kinky and super adorable at the same time, looking forward to more threesomes with them and more interaction between the girls in general. Liz seemed to really take a shine to Shizuka and I'm looking forward to Kat and Shizuka giving me diabetes. Also two other great scenes were Mila's CnC and the O'Reily wombo combo. Can't wait to start on part 2 and the rest.

Just keeps getting better and better. Now that the girls are established there's less beating around the bush and there's still a kink for everyone. Unfortunately due to the nature of the game there are some girls who get much less screen time but the ones they get are great. I think it's hilarious that Shizuka is somehow corrupting herself after the little nudge from Liz, can't wait for the promised scene with her and Cat. Speaking of Cat and Liz, I just gotta say goddamn! They're wild.

Cat is definitely the best character to tag along when you meet other girls, though I wish she was a little more actually into girls and didn't only engage when your milk was involved. In fact that's probably my biggest complaint with this game is that none of the girls have any lesbian tendencies besides cleanup. Need more Polly and Mila.

Makes sense to have a change of scenery for big story milestones I suppose, though imo it dragged on a bit. Amy's slowly getting worn down and I like that she's not getting pressured or anything, well maybe by Liz but she's her sister so it doesn't really count. Loved the Polly scene, Amy was a nice addition. No Mila . When is the true Cat/Shizuka scene?

Gymnastics girls are cute but goddamn that's a recipe for a trip to hospital. Beach trip was fun, had some good scenes, but Shizuka/Cat/Liz should've continued later. I think Cat had 2 scenes where she had MC to herself and they only cuddled? Surprisingly wholesome.

Damn, Elaine really ripped Amy a new one. She needed to hear it though and Elaine was one of two people who could say it and Nana is just too nice to do it. Just like how she suddenly learned she's a speed junkie I have a feeling Amy is gonna be uncovering other aspects of herself she didn't know were there. Maybe a bit of a Dom? Whether it be towards MC or the other girls? Either way I'm looking forward to the next get together with Polly.

Mediocre in every way. I think Grandma's House shows that the key to making a successful profitable AVN is just to have consistent, regular updates. In that area, the dev certainly deserves kudos. Dude has been pounding out monthly updates for most of a decade.

Unfortunately, he's been pouring all the energy and work into a repetitive, absurdist, pointless game. Let's run through it together.
Visuals: 5/10
Old, dated. Compared to shining stars like Babysitters or APM, Grandma's House is just average. I will say, however, that the dev included every imaginable body type, from flat-chested girls to comically busty women; jail bait to geriatric; black, white, every-possible-ethnicity; all hair colors; even midgets.

Love interests: 2/10
Every woman that appears on screen is a love interest. Not a single one ever denies the MC or plays hard to get. All are instantaneously attracted to him, often to the point of struggling to restrain themselves. It's pathetic.

Story: 1/10
By the time i got to the end of this VN, i genuinely needed a minute or two to try and remember what, if any, plot there was. There's a bit here and there about MC's family, many of the LIs have some connection to his past (his buddy's sister/mom, his grandma's friend, etc.), but really, there's no point. It's just the story of Chad Thundercock coming home from college and plowing every woman aged 18-90 in multiple countries.
None of the characters change based on your 'choices', all are still insanely in love with the MC. Here's a typical encounter (paraphrased for length):
MC: hey lady, i'm like, so in love with you. hope you get preggo!
MILF lady: for realz, super-serious, you're the most important thing in my life since i met you last week!
MILF's daughter: O-M-G mom, you're banging MC too? And he knocked you up?
MILF lady: for realz, Daughter. MC is your new daddy.

I know. So realistic it's like the dev held up a mirror to my life....

Choices/Interactivity: 1/10
No choices make any impact on the plot (mostly because there is no plot). All of the characters are entirely one-dimensional - this one is a submissive, this one like facials, this one likes raceplay, this one likes taboo. They aren't characters, they are fetishes personified. Not a single character drives any sort of cohesive plot. The MC is simply a penis on legs.

I guess I'm just not the target audience for this sort of game. It's insultingly simple, with zero effort put in to plot, characters, dialogue, setting. There are high-quality images of naked women on the internet. I don't read/play AVNs for the low-quality Daz images, i read them for the story. And this has none.

Fun story, diverse cast of characters, Humorous one liners and long running gags. Not just a bout sex but some emotional story telling, and lots of sex. Updated regularly unlike other projects. A little bit of everything all at once.

First this is for all parts 1-6. That is just what was out I have no idea if there are going to be updates, but at this point I doubt it. Six is a good run, and definitely not the reason for the 4. I wish I could give decimal places, but it doesn't work like that so it is what it is.

First, some good as it has a good consistency which is very nice to see. If you like part one you will like part 5, or 6. That is becoming rarer, but always good to see when it happens. Story is solid, and made me chuckle a few times. A very low key humor (at times) that is well done. The main protagonist is definitely a follower of Slynesh or something, but the protag should be someone like that so that is not a complaint. I could go on, but will instead let you experience yourself just know there are quite a few good things with this one.

Some of the bad things. Keep in mind this is in all 6. There are some glitches though nothing game breaking that I ran into. 80%-90% of choices could of been taken out and have 0 impact on the game. There are a lot of lose ends.. for example the dog. Some things go on for way too long, and your just wondering if there is a point coming.

Keep in mind most the "Bad" things are just personal opinion, and if this were a single part the rating would be much lower, but its six. So I will give a little slack here, and say the good over encompasses the bad, and more then just a little bit. So 4... If you seen my other reviews (The two of you) saying to play something different then this one of the somethings I would suggest.

I'm tired af of complicated drama in adult games, this is my shit, easy to follow and very good on the different female characters. Grandma is lovely, Amy is hard to get and all the other ones are just great characters, I'm adding this game to my favorites for sure in along time.

Great mix of humor and adult content. Lots of kinks to explore with options to sidestep them. Writing is very good. So many of these games fall way short in the writing department, most often from translation mistakes. If the primary lang isn't English, the translation team is awesome. The harem pool is very deep. Lots of LI's. Frequent updates. Very worthy of support on Patreon/SubscribeStar.

If you come here expecting something serious, then you should go back to wherever you belong to. If you come here looking for something cheesy, then this game might be for you. When I tried this game for the very first time, I didn’t expect a lot from it and surprisingly it went well for most part. Now if that’s the case, then why did I give this game two stars rating?

Here’s the thing, this game has something that I really despised of which is forced relationship. It’s not only involved one character, it involves around six or seven characters. While I don’t mind with some of them, the rest is turning me off immediately (I’m not going to say who and who). I didn’t realize about all this until halfway of Part 1. I sense that no matter what I do, the MC will try to engage with them sexually without player’s consent. There are other women you can date as well but you can reject them, unlike the other six or seven.

Another thing that putting me off is the fact that MC is horrible when it comes to certain things. For example, his dog Molly is often being abandoned by him, he mostly leave her alone in the laundry room. I remember there’s this scene where he moved out from his old house and he forgot to bring her with him to his new house. He basically left him for a day alone in the old house without a food. I wouldn’t even dare to do something like that to my pet. Another one is if you get your ex-girlfriend Tanya pregnant. He welcomes her at first, but then he dumps her in his granny’s apartment for more than a week. Her family just disowned her, she almost had nowhere to go, she came here while being pregnant with your baby and short on money, she was afraid you would reject her, and what you did next is dumping her like that while you busy ogling at your grandma’s tits all the time? You can’t call yourself a man if you do something like that. He also said "my grandma is the first, you're the second" in front of Tanya like dude you DON'T say something like that in front of your love one, especially when she's pregnant. This is just a poor class of act of someone who called himself a "man".

Last but not least, the narrative of this game for most part is also quite useless. I agree with other reviewers below me, if you cut most of the useless ones, you barely notice a thing because of how useless they are in the grand scheme of things. As for the lack of animated sex scenes, to be honest I don’t really mind it. Sure having animated sex scenes is like a very huge bonus, but I started playing AVNs since 2017 so seeing non-animated ones is pretty much fine by me.

With that amount of negativity, the reason why I gave it two stars instead of one is because it has impregnation and pregnancy kink and that’s it. Sadly, those two alone can’t save this game for me. This review is only based on my initial playthrough of Part 1. Truth to be told I wanted to continue until at least Part 3 or 4, but the negative of Part 1 truly outweights the good and it just drained my whole spirit at this point.

A generic MC with no personality, yet every woman he comes in contact with is not only compelled to tear their clothes off and fuck him but also becomes automatically submissive. Overall great incest game - even without a biological mother - with its variety of characters, kinks, and relative consistency, and how much content there is.

I do wish the dev would write more plot / story and non-sex scenes with characters. I don't like overly verbose games either but this one skimps, especially as you go further in.

Also, sex scene pacing could use more variety. It's often:

One of my top 6 games. Played through multiple times. Sex, humor, romance ,dad jokes and a harem. Whats not to like. Do wish we had more control during sex. Choosing positions, speed, angles like other games but im sure that involves more coding or work to add into the game but regardless, this game is mcdonalds. Im lovin it.

The whole thing feels so meaningless. Just another man in a world of only women that only see him as the sole romantic partner. Dont get me wrong, Im down for harem settings, but not this type where it happens just cause the author wants it that way. You gotta make it make sense. And on top of that it feels like so much is happening, yet barely anything is really happening. This game should have finished like 2 years ago.

You don't really have normal relationships in this game, you more or less conduct yourself as the owner of a Harem. Often times including multiple females in your harem to engage in FFM threesomes or FFFM foursomes.

The models are nice, the sex scenes are plenty and adequately long. The story line does a great job of delivering the atmosphere and vibe the developer wanted to convey.

It's a great no nonsense harem game through and through.
