Edit: As some People told me this could be misunderstood here's additional Info, the Update for top Patrons comes out on the 1st and the 15th of the Month and 12 Days later it goes to the Public for free.

are unavoidable so in your Case I would say No you have at least one Old Lady to be involved in. Since it is only one Person minimum you don't like you could also use ctrl or the Skip Button if you want to play it despite it.
