I believe you can do it by setting the corresponding girl's points value (for example, anaPoints for Annabelle) from 0 to 1.
I'm pretty sure I did that wayyyy back in version 35-45 somewhere for... the tall police woman? Although I believe I used the cheat menu in KoGa3's mod (linked in OP as "Walkthrough Mod", although it does much more than just give you a walkthrough) rather than renpy console.
If you install that mod, just load a save, go to "Mod menu" (bottom right), "More cheat options..." (top right), then hit +1 on whoever you skipped the first time, and you should be good to go!

[edit:] The mod menu is particularly helpful because you don't have to figure out the corresponding points value for each girl, the mod just tells you. As shown by the example above, it is not strictly "the first 3 letters of their name". And with multiple girls' names starting with the letter A, you could be left wondering who aPoints is for. If the game is ment by dev like incest than yes, ever. But sometimes there are incest patch which havent any sense.
If you play GH without patch there are really funny relationships. Alison is there called like "grandma's best friend" or something like that.

While I do agree that those relationship descriptions being used to edit stuff to avoid legal problems is annoying, I don't have a problem with childhood friend if there really is one, like Aalyah (I think that's how it's spelled) for example is Thomas' childhood friend. I do love a romance story that involves a childhood friend after all, even though there is barely anything in GH that qualifies as story content.A perv after my own heart. Good for you!
