There's the M7, Tanya (if you say you want her to be your girlfriend) and some that once you say yes to will get pregnant without any other choice, but there are a few LIs that only get pregnant if you actually make the choice deliberately.Dude, I don't even remember if there's an option to NOT get the women pregnant... that actually becomes the objective of the game.
for my MC there is no choice ….anyone who ends up worshipping the hammer .. should expect to become pregnant… and yes for me it is the plot ….

There is literally no such thing as "choose between two characters" in this game, unlike some other AVNs. So no, you cannot "miss out" on anything by choosing to opt into pregnancy, watersports, whatever you fancy.
You do miss out on certain side characters if you choose to opt out of some other characters; most noteable example would be Fiona and her family. You can't get involved with any of them if you choose not to pursue Fiona.
So here's the TL;DR: Sex up and impregnate everyone! That is by far the best "route" to choose.
