Unfortunately don't know what is causing that for you. The above mentioned missing "window_icon.png" is a file from the base game, not from my Mod. Without more infos (which game part, which OS, full game download/update patch/compressed) it's not really possible for me helping further. Maybe redownload it, also check if your AV (antivirus) prevents a proper installation of the game/my Mod.
