extract the mod from the zip, open the mod folder, copy the files, then open the folder *grandma's house vXX*/game and paste the files inside, overwriting any files it asks you to.
There is an annoying amount of content for LIs that I thought I had passed on. Is that just the way the game is or did the mod cause this?

It is impossible to answer that without examples.
1- There are 7 LI's that are not subjected to choices, except of some specific kinks.
2- The mod includes an option that enables ALL scenes. Making all the choices irrelevant.
So, provide examples of what content you don't want to see, so we know if it is a matter of the 1 scenario, or the 2 scenario.

Aaliyah is the worst offender so far. I rejected all the options with her but still wound up with scenes. And I guess her dad or whatever acts like I've been there before cause he's all pissed and whatnot. Frankly I've turned down all of the older women in the game but I assume that you're stuck putting up with that because the MC has a fetish or whatever. IDK, I just blow through all of that.

Anyway, it seems that you need to look into the Mod Options and turn off the "See All Scenes" option. If, for any chance it isn't ON, there's some way to turn OFF most of the girls, you obviously started some paths you don't want.

No I double checked that when you brought it up. It's in the off setting and I've rejected everyone from the beginning that I had no interest in. I guess some characters that I wanted to pass on are too ingrained in the storyline to skip over entirely. I'm assuming the ones that you can't set their points to negative are ones that I'm stuck with no matter what. I appreciate your help anyways.

The reason is something that happened BEFORE the game's story starts. If you were in their route you'd learn about it. "Their" being Aallyah and Jada (her mom). There's several scenes with Jerome (the father) that are truly hilarious.
Your loss, I guess.
I really can't help you further, I didn't cut any route. I did say no to a couple of Kinks, but that was later in the game.

lol Nah, not really. At this point I'm just rolling along for the main "plot" cause the devs fixation with mutant Kardashian shaped women is kinda killing most of it for me.
