In the game you move back with your grandmother/aunt, who previously slept with the lawyer and farmer in the town.
After moving back she starts sleeping with them again and you can peek at them doing stuff.
There is a different town with quests, where one quest made you fetch a cat, there's also a cafe where you can make your aunt/grandmother work.
