The only gay-only games I can think of is Straight!? [v0.15.1] [Aaryn] and Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator [Game Grumps]. A couple of the text based games give you the option to only have sex with other males if you play that way.

That would be project E.V.A. A survival/horror game with platforming elements. Except the platforming is terrible because the main character randomly flings herself around the screen like an out of control firehose.
