Neat base work, not a lot of games have an expansion/growth focus so its a pretty fresh breath of air in the current sea of Cuckold/Sissification-centric games. I'll have to keep an eye on this.

You can, but I hope you want to be an intelligence or dexterity based character, as the various sizes are tied directly to your stats.
