I know every character keeps reiterating the "we're not making babies" slogan, but is it possible in the future though? As in has the dev mentioned anything about pregnancy content?

I don't know if it means anything. I can't find it now (I thought I'd saved it, but obviously not), but Dev did do a preview render of a pregnant Rachel quite some time ago. No info or anything about it, but maybe it was a hint?
