No harem tag but I don't see it not going a harem route, since he's already having 3somes with both his sisters. Though parents tend to not join in on such family fun, or do so after 50 updates and last to join.

I don't really consider that a harem, though. From what I've seen so far, I don't really see the girls being in a relationship with the MC. It looks like to me that they're just all fucking each other for fun versus wanting to be in a relationship. So less harem and more being loose and easy lol
