guys plugging his youtube channel in reviews and mods dont care?

i keep seeing reviews on newly uploaded games of a guy linking his youtube channel in the review. its obvious this guy plays a game for 10 mins, records it, uploads it to youtube then gives the game 5 stars and links his youtube channel. normally i wouldnt even care but i feel like the reviews arent even genuine and the guy just puts whatever. i reported it under self promotion but mods declined my report

Do not promote your own unofficial Sites/Blogs/Discords/YouTube Channels/etc, unless it's relevant to a service you're providing the community (eg, a Modder's Patreon)

My guess is that it is due to the 2nd part of the rule as it sounds like their YouTube channel is related to the reviews. Garbage content or not, it is likely their stance that it's not up to them to determine if the individual is actually "providing a service to the community".
