This was an incredibly short update compared to the usual. And I am unfortunately seeing another game go down the AI animations path ...

I little suggestion i have is having the day counter in the university start at like day 1 and hotel and money tab on the top not to be there(i mean all of the modifiers from the facilities are not there but there still seems to be a base 1 and all the*6*6*6 modifiers) to add some emersion to the "new" life we have

Great Scarlet repeatable scenes in this update.
Also, there are many good ideas for Scarlet scenes (and other characters) that are already partly rendered and available at patreon, scenes that were voted on. Each scene has only a few renders, but it's a beginning. Why not use these renders in the game itself? Much of the work has already been done.

I'd like a game that focuses only on her someday. There is so much more that can be done with her in Hail Dicktator.

I do like the focus and content of the most recent updates quite a bit, but I think Sonya needs more sexual content. There is only one sexual reward, and she hasn't had a lot of sex scenes in a while. I could say something similar for other characters like Yuki, even though Yuki has other repeatable scenes to help make up for it.
Also, some of the repeatable scenes and dialogue could use updating: for example the repeatable pool event with Sarah has her with her old personality saying she will never sleep with the MC, and the massage scene with Leah could use similar updating.

Sadly the latest update seems to be broken on Android. The game always crashes while Sarah is telling the ghost story. I can't continue the story.

I'm playing this game. Currently the quest is 30%. But I haven't found any animations, sound effects, or master voices. Does this game really have animations and sound effects? So far all I have found are snippets of images and music sound. Someone please tell me, if this game doesn't have them, I'll leave it, it's too much of a waste of time.

If you are not attached enough to the girls to want to see how their stories unfold, it's probably not for you.
I like the concept, the story is interesting and the character designs are good. But it's all not worth it if there's no animation. I realize you said "at least" as a qualifier, but it's now nearly 2 years later, so easily over a dozen more updates since.

Meh, I wouldn't normally do it. In this case, I think it's warranted: the point is a comparison between what was said about the game's timeline to completion and the reality now. It's not like I'm using this in a bad way, like taking an opinion that might have changed and using it against someone. And it was only meant as a passing joke, not really trying to pick up on an old conversation. Hell, to this day people still quote Bill Gates as saying "640K ought to be enough for anybody" (possibly misattributed). It's the same idea.
