Hair color for Lainey Hair in Daz 3D

Hi!

I am quite new to Daz studio so I was learning on a figure on which I had added Lainey hair, I had a pokethrough in the shirt and tried to fix it with smoothing but now the hair is white/grey and I can't seem to be able to return it to its original color. How do I fix it?

What kind of Genesis do you use? For G8F it looks pretty easy. Choose Lainey Hair, apply hair base first, apply Hair Color next.
