The only scenes like that are with your allies (Golbin, Kobold, or Frank!) and the male or female version of the Succubus, Nightmare, and Lava Siren.
Pretty much everything else is between the MC and the monsters.

Where can I find a nightmare? I have never seen him. And you didn't tell me how to start the animation

Nightmares are in the crypt (floor 7), right after the second neutral floor with the bath and minotaur blacksmith. You have to wait for monsters to initiate scenes on your allies.

The Nightmares are on the crypt floor, right after the neutral level where you can recruit Frank!.
The Succubus/Incubus can be found on the Ice map, which is after the crypt floor.

As, EmdotRand said, you need to wait for the Nightmare to charm your ally. They need line of sight to your ally or they cannot work their magic.

There is a Lava Siren that can charm your allies as well, but they are tricky to get to. It is on the lava map, right before the neutral level where you can recruit Frank!.
The siren will be in the middle of a large pool of lava and the only way to get to them safely is to throw water on the lava, it will harden the lava in a + pattern, so you need 3 or 4 bottles of water to make a complete path to them, just be sure to bring you ally near them when they are pretty much directly in front of that path you made.

I didn't know that lava can be cooled. Thanks for the advice. Now I won't have to risk my blessed weapon.

If you really need to, you can spawn any combination of monsters (including your allies) and the items you need to create from the computer panel in what's basically the dev room on the right.

Spawn the right monsters, use the right combination of charms - you may be able to get the scenes you're missing.
