There was a game i played quite a few months ago where the beginning of the game is visual novel style with no open map where you can go where you want then the MC moves to a new city and it becomes open.

There was one character who was a porn star i think and you shot a few scenes with her
There was a girl MC had sex with that was sharing a room with someone and you could have sex with her when main girl was in bathroom
Once you got to the city you would invite girls to the house you lived in they would get there own room and you could get them pregnant and they would have the child and you could do it over and over with all the girls.
