Rated 5* because I can't rate 4.5, which I would do because it's abandoned, which is really the only negative I have on this one.

As a guy who loves harem this game's dull for me. Writing felt basic. I loved some humour but some are annoying. Renders are good. This one's mixed for me at certain moments it's interesting then it feels dull. Overall average experience and it's abandoned too.

The dev must've been on the clouds while writing this story cause this is the most weirdest and ridiculous stuff I've every played. At the beginning it kinda had a charm to it because of the absurdity and I was laughing my balls out on some dialogues and scenes but, after a while the same absurdity and humor became stale and way too forced. The game was trying to be way too funny and ridiculous so outside of the weirdness, this game has nothing good going to it. And with this people, say NO to tHe EviL ForcEs of NTR and CucKhOldrY.

I like weird stuff in general which is how I ended up here. Not if it's an incoherent jumble of moralisations and rugrats humour though.

The story is about a mental patient's immediate family seducing and then having sex with him, after he meets a fairy who helps him defend them from incompetent magical rapists.

It's supposed to be a funny allegory for the superiority of consensual vanilla sex over whatever fetishes the dev doesn't like (ntr and rape being prominent). Not only is it ineffective but self-contradictory considering the fetishes that do feature in the game - piss, incest, polygamy, satanic sex rituals, what looks like severe autism - are about as far removed from life-affirming 'vanilla' sex in the mainstream sense of that term as the ones it attempts to chastise/mock.

The entire question of consent is moot to begin with because every woman in the porn story has a priori "consented" to sex with the PC whether or not that actually makes sense. Add to that the fact a man with mental issues (thus, arguably, incapable of consenting) is getting fucked by his own family and... putting it mildly, that isn't the best way to address the issue of consent in cg porn, if it even needs to be.

Tldr I can't enjoy porno that morally juxtaposes itself with other kinds of porno and expects me to think it's some combination of righteous, funny, sexy, charming and intelligent for doing so. It is in fact annoying and makes me want to write long reviews explaining why that is the case.

Perhaps the whole thing is an involute satire of the extravagant and fragile ideations required by the very fetishes that also correlate with zealous animosity directed at others. The non-stop self-aware randomness intended as humour and a plot that is basically the same as every other incest game (plus whimsy and fairies and magic, and preaching about consent) do not support that theory.

Renders are ok. I only saw 1 animated h-scene (out of 3/4) and it was ok. The writing style is interesting, reminiscent of those 'woke' children's fairy tale books that sell for $10 on amazon. (Not that I have anything against wokeness, or consent for that matter.) It thematically fits the story so that's a plus, or it would be if it were a very different story.

If you like being maternally bossed around and fucked by 3d figurines who think you are awesome for valuing "consent", you'll enjoy this. If not, you're grounded for life as far as this game is concerned.

I've been caught up in this game since the beginning. I'll admit, hadn't heard of it till I saw a shout-out for it in the game WVM.
What I don't get is, how does a kid with ADHD and acts like a total loner get all the girls? Even what looks like the head cheerleader and the hot teacher?
Only time will tell.
Hope this Dev keeps at it!

You only gonna enjoy this game if you're trapped in your pre-teenager days.

Graphics: Some renders have quality on them, but the repetitive use of some models (duckface girl) makes It bad, really bad. (2/5)

Animations: Cranky AF, physics simply aren't there. (1/5)

Writing: That's the worse of this game BY FAR. If, in the movie "Idiocracy" existed a VN game, would be this one. The level of childish "comedy" is off the rails. I love stupid characters when they're well built. The problem here is, not only the MC is stupid and totally nonsensical but the whole reality is It.

The scenes, characters and visual effects are good.
Why I can't stand this game? Because it force too much trying to be funny.
The MC wakes up and wants to use the bathroom that is ocuppied, so he start to do what he calls "the pee pee dance", thats the first "funny" moment. At the breakfast the MC start to talk a none sense, that feels like an eternity, about how superior are waffles to pancakes. The sister appears and ask what is for breakfast and the MC start to say the same speech. Moving on a little the sister take advantage of the fact that the MC has a brain with the size of a walnut and eat his waffles, the MC start a melodramatic act about how he will die from starvation.
His girlfriend invites him to eat ramen, there the MC shows how stupid he is when he see a katana and start to imagine what great the sword is and who create it, where, when, what use had.
And he start the kink shame for NTR fans. In all the game this will be used trying to be funny. The Old man says cuck to the MC. Later the Fairy appears and when the MC try to touch her to see if she is real, she stop him and says that he needs her consent (this consent thing will be used a lot too).
The fairy tells a story about how other fairys pervert people making them cucks and be a little bitchs that enjoy being humillated.
What I really find funny is that the fairy tells the MC that he never will put his dick in a woman ass. And then she says him "it's fine, I'm open minded and don't kink shame". But in all the game what they do is kink shame NTR fans, so you won't kink shame "normal" fetishes but if we talk about NTR forget about that, kink shame them it all we have.
They go to sleep and she warn him to not touch her without her consent.
Appears an enemy trying to rape the sister, the MC runs with his sword and yell "Die, you NTR-Lover Cuckmaster"
All of this really forced trying to be a comic VN, if the Developer waste less time trying to make a cartoon game and something more real could be good because is too much. I can't take seriously this game and I get bored really fast because all end with the MC making fun of NTR fans, talking about consent, the MC being a guy with mental problems. And thats it.

Genre: I really liked the game and its weird crusade against non-consent lewd contents.

(Btw., I personally can also find games interesting where you play a psychopath, but I am regularly appalled by the behavior of supposedly nice MCs, with all the groping of sleeping or intoxicated LIs etc etc. So in this respect I found this crusade quite refreshing)

Story: Story is fun (but of course very cartoonish and over the top, which can get a bit much)

Writing is good and fun; but for me the constant references to other lewd games are a bit too much. Luckily I have not wasted so much of my life of these games that I could understand just half of them. Also the numerous breaking of the fourth wall and meta-comments can get a bit too much.

MC is interesting, kind of a dummy (and with mental health issues, it seems) but good-natured and in some way relatable.

LIs are mostly relatable and attractive.

As an anti-NTR guy, only play with NTR if there's an option to remove it, I just loved the humor in this. Laughed a lot while playing. As I have humor As a tag I use while looking for games, you can guess if I liked this.

Then the talk about consent, hilarious. But good... as I just like best games with consent. If I can choose between being good or bad in a game I always choose good. (That's the way I gonna build my harem!)

It's a VN so not a real game, the choices more decide what way some kinks will go. Still, it's a good VN, some grammar and spelling here and there that's off, but I can always understand. Seen others were the action is totally opposite of what's being written on screen. Swede, so English is not my native, still good teachers once upon a time and working both for American companies and studies in USA made me fluent. (So, if there is a need for spellchecking and grammar I'm free! Old enough to be a retire, most of the time. Two part-time jobs...)

The MC, for me as always Hardy (goes well with my given name), is lovable stupid and then the Fairie, oh my fave. The other girls is also good and the sex is fun (tip: choose watersport*). *Not so fun in real life but I like to see my fb pee.

Just my thoughts, hope that I give you some help to decide if it's a game for you. Certainly one for me, so I give it 5* for this. Extra bonus for me was to see my fave in all games I so far played while looking at the last beta part. No kiss and tell, but her eyes looking up at me made me so glad. Keep up the good work!

Ok-ish graphics, semi-funny and fresh story. It would be better if the author didn't try to shove the humor in every sentence.

Never before have I laughed as much while playing a games as I did while playing this. It's really non-sensical but in a good way. The pacing is great and the story is extremely hilarious. Also if you've played some of the older VNs on this site you'll be pleasantly surprised by all the references. Great game, would definitely recommend.

I usually just lurk, but decided to post a review. This game is a game based on. humor, and because of that it's going to be really subjective. I noticed that a lot of the review are either 1 star or 5 and I guess I'm going to add to that. This game is obviously a parody of VN genre, but it does it in a clever and fun way. It makes sense that some people are really going to like it and some people are really going to dislike it. That just goes with the territory of doing anything with humor. If English isn't your first language and you aren't fluent you might miss of the context of the jokes too, I think.

The pros:

Funny writing, clever VN in-jokes, cute models, doesn't take itself too seriously.

The cons:

Kind of short, time between updates (apparently the dev is having health issues or something?), writing is sometimes too obscure for a VN.

I gave 5 stars in the end because I don't think any of my cons are reasons to lower a review at this time. If the length doesn't pick up I might revise it. If you enjoy having a laugh at yourself and your hobbies sometimes, this game is probably for you. If you take yourself far too seriously, it probably isn't.

Version and playtime: Episode 2.2 (2.5 is standalone garbage) about 30 minutes

Visuals: Renders are good but the lewd scenes are hot garbage. No animations and the scenes don't show any penetration? Just weird and not good. The jump cuts are so disjointed its annoying AF. Like the MC is fully dressed talking to his hg one frame next frame they are both naked across the room fucking. I'm not sure if its an artistic choice but it's annoying as shit and makes the already annoying MC seem even more autistic.

Writing: Tries to be funny and fails. It is as if "the pengiun of doom" wrote an AVN it is that cringey. Not much else to say. Doesn't try to take itself seriously which isn't a problem if the references or writing are funny but it fails in both categories.

Characters: The worst MC of any game i've ever played. Again you can make a parody game without making you want to claw your own eyes out after reading the dialogue of this autist MC.

In summary: Not funny, lewd scenes suck every aspect sucks. I want my 30 minutes of life back + the 3 minutes it took to write this review in the hopes of saving everyone elses time.

This has to be one of the dumbest stories and characters I've ever come across. Yet weirdly I love it for that. I should hate this game with its insane MC and nonsensical plot. To take something I'd normally dislike and make me crave more takes some phenominal talent.

First of : HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In my opinion, the best thing about Harem Highlander is the writing. A great and funny combination of pop culture references (really liked Episode 2 intro as ha huge SW nerd, and that temple reference) as well as the fourth wall breaking and F95 refs. This game doesn't take itself to serious and aims to deliver a fun little bit of gameplay. It's the deadpool of VN's.

The story is not great, but nor bad either. It still surpases most of the other VN's here, with a lot less repeating and unneccessary pseudo content through text generation. The characters are not the most unbelievable ones even in the context this game puts them in, I have seen far worse.

The figures are a nice composition from different DAZ products (people using DAZ will most likely recognize most of them), but nothing to simple out of the box. The artis actualy have gone through the trouble to put something together by themselfes. The expression sliders are used a notch to heavily to a high degree for my liking. The renders are on a high quality for a DAZ VN, better than many, but there is still room for improvement. On the other hand, it fits the story and setting quite nicely, so I cant say for 100% if it isn't made to look this way by design (especially the ever blurred backgrounds in the outdoor scenes).

Overall the main flaw this game has is the lack of content, but I'm sure the developers are working on this. If they manage to continue this on the same level with some minor improvements on the way, this could become certainly one of the most entertaining VN's I have ever played.

This game is atrociously bad and I cannot fathom why anyone would rate this above three stars. This account was created to be for lurking only, but I could not justify not dissuading people to stay far away from this garbage. I would have called it hot garbage, but that would imply that there was any sort of titilation to be found in this alleged porn game.

• The game takes about 30 minutes to work your way through if you pace yourself (and there's no reason to pace yourself, trust me)
• Sexual renders invariably hide penetration or other action in a way that just reeks of wanting to hide a lack of skill.
• Animations (when present at all) are extremely short, don't loop, and have no secondary motion whatsoever. I've seen better smut made in Gmod.
• The main character is annoying in the same way a nuclear explosion is a bit warm- I struggle to find words to express how much I loathe the L0l s0 r4nD0m humor that comprises the only attempt at wit. ...Actually, that's a bit too far. I did find the name Jizzabelle to be pretty funny. The humor is generally still horrible though.
• There's a long, tedious Star Wars style opening crawl (which, mercifully, can be skipped without consequence) which uses comic sans as the body text.
• The music is incessant, obnoxious, and LOUD. I turned it down to 25% and I only left it that high so I could continue experiencing my incredulity that someone thought these music choices were a good idea.
• The only thing resembling conflict so far has been "grr I will rape" "no u won't" *epic beheading*. By epic beheading, I of course mean that the head falls off and some red play-doh covers the neck stump. I know that there will be more plot development as it goes on, but if the current quality of writing is anything to go off of, I hesitate to call that a positive. Apparently at one point the whole second "chapter" was thrown out and redone because it didn't meet quality standards. If that's the case, I can only assume that the first draft was just a 144p gif of someone slipping on an icy driveway repeatedly.

The Morbil reminds me of a YT streamer named Lord Steven Christ. Even Flat-Earthers won't try to debate him cause he uses more science and scripture than they do.

This is a fun, campy, and off the beaten path, AVN which references other AVNs/games while satirizing some aspects of the genre.

The game has plenty of references to other games, which are fun when you spot them (or when the game smacks you in the face with them.)

It also pokes at some of the common tropes in the genre, but it doesn't come across as mean spirited, just fun. (The evil forces of NTR and Cuckoldry are the bad guys.)

It doesn't take itself too seriously, and there's a good bit of in-humor that I suspect it may be necessary to frequent the Discord to fully get.

There's plenty of fun and gags. There's also an unsubtle early-radio/Flash Gordon (Power Rangers?) quality to the bad guys, with minions bestowing randomly butchered title-like words such as "your Terribility" or "your Eviliciousness" upon the villain. I happen to like that but of course YMMV.

The models are great.

The sexxy scenes are well rendered and as much about the dialog as the scenery.

Girl proportions are reasonable rather than exaggerated.

I can see this story running a long time and being fun the whole way.

I'm going to go with just barely five stars, it isn't perfect and has a lot of story left to write, but it's well ahead of the pack and definitely worth a look to see if you like it.

Intensely not for me. I'm deliberately rating one star higher than my personal experience would otherwise, because I respect that the game seems to be landing where it's targeted, but that target is 180 degrees and a million miles from my strike zone. Godspeed to the dev.

Art's nice enough.

Writing was a miss for me. Scenario's trite and voice made me pause from the confusion of trying to headdesk while facepalming. Characterization seems strong enough, but I disliked said characters so that wasn't a plus for me.

In terms of NSFW content: even at an early release level, urination seems more of a theme than I care for. Everything else was fine if vanilla.

For what it's trying to be, it nails it: a fun romp with a lot of references, and one that likes to poke fun at ntr in games.

Aside from the sister looking the same age as the mom, I can't really critique it given its premise. However, I can't give it five stars because the bar for 5 stars is high and I don't think it's done enough. The most interesting part of the game wasn't the fantasy aspect, or the fact that the Aunt belongs to a cult. It was the mental health side of it. If the dev focuses on that more, the game could become interesting.
