But, after using UnRen, I found the issue. It's not to do with the game version, it's to do with how you respond to the 3 lust event. I think it's a bug, but maybe intentional? Runey here is what I found...

I'm not calling the players stupid. I'm calling the player character stupid and useless. If I ignore that, this is a good twist.



I'm going to have to disagree with you. It's true that he should not have attacked the queen. That's basically suicide.

I believe this twist would have worked batter if the player character realized the fairies, after which he should have been the one to propose the deal lin proposed. Here's why:

• The player character has been a source of confirmation of her information regarding human technology
• At this point, the player has rubbed shoulders with some powerful people, namely Kali's dad and mr Cornwallis. They may not be the best of friends but they have built up some sort of rapport. This has more backing then Lin's words. Not to mention he can name drop these names and say something dumb like "your little spies probably heard of these powerful humans". Although I'd refrain from revealing that the player actually knows what her power is.
• This can also be a catalyst for slave freedom or further enslavement. And it's all due to the players actions

Basically, the player character is in a much better position to do a plea then Lin.

I'm also going to have to disagree that the queen's secret is faster, unless they can teleport, which is likely they can't otherwise why stay in the hotel. If the faires in the hotel can teleport, why doesn't the queen already know the mc's name? For fuck's sake we already confirmed we to her we have instant communication, and the internet is just one way of it. There is still radio and satellite.

The moment the queen let everyone off the island was kinda game over for her to be honest. Even kinda in the scenario we have now. What are the queen's options? Either hire human assassins, send her own people(worse choice) or use faires, for which just Android is enough of a counter too.

Here is what the mc can do, even now:

• Tell Cornwallis about the islands and faires
• Tell mr. Trenero about the Island and faires
• Call up one of the slave owners from the orgy and be like " yall want more slaves"
• Literally do nothing and keep close to Android

While it's true that that the outcome is the same, if the player was to one to strike the deal you gave us as players more agency in the story.
In this way, we can kinda become a player in geopolitics. Just renege on the deal. And start working on counter plays to take her down. Then you can either enslave the rest of the elves or start working on an elven state for freed slaves.

And as for the drug thing. After a few of them get sent back in pieces, you'd think they'd still wanna listen to the queen?

Why would MC preach elves should be equal, or treat Android as an equal and then turn completely around and enslave an ENTIRE sub species of elves?? Lin would probably run the fuck away and you can't really tell her "Oh we'll work on making a free state for them" because Cornwall would laugh in your face. That island is better than a gold mine.

You, the player character is not the main character of this story. The main characters are Lin, Kali, Ashley, Maria, Android, Felicty & Emma, and Autumn. You wont have a story, you likely wont change or grow much. Any change that will happen will come from MC's sister, and even that would be more about her than you. All of this is done through the main characters. The player character (you) is there to help the main characters grow and flourish. This shouldn't mean he could be replaced with a stick though and I do believe he has done plenty to help the girls. Lin is the person getting into geopolitics, not you.

Another reason I believe it's better if the player does this is because he's acting to protect Lin, Sylvia and Nia. This also comes after the spiel on Nia's slave route in which he says "I'm not a master that's going to rape you" (paraphrasing, also don't remember the love route). And it's also proof that he cares for them

As for how to make the queen more threatening, it's simple really. She can't kill you because that'd kinda be mutual self destruction, but she can keep one girl hostage. Let's say she let you go, but she'll keep Lin, as s bargaining chip. This makes the conflict more personal too.

Suddenly you kinda have to cave into her demands or Lin is toast. It can be any other elf with you but it'd be more potent if it were Lin. Again two reasons:

• it's fucking Lin
• Lin can also get her story arc resolved in this way too. You can set her out to become the new symbol for the fight for elvish freedom the way the queen is now. Here is this lowly slave girl, being tortured for trying to help elves all around Syl'nar

Edit: Also if push comes to shove, you could totally be okay with Nia and Sylvia dying. They were kinda dicks to you. They just don't have the same impact as Lin being captured can have. Just think of the turmoil in the hotel if you come back without Lin

Thanks, Runey already contacted me as well. And the bug vanished once I got Ashley fo friendship 24. Seems the description (it talks about friendship 18) is not quite accurate...

You'll definitely see more of the queen! The arc may have ended, but the story did not. Things are still happening in the background

I'm not convinced by your argument here. Sure, the game is trying to paint slavery as a bad thing but also you can't say the mc is preaching equality when stuff like the puppetmaster and the slave route exist. I'm going to ignore the former since it's not cannon. The slave route is frankly disgusting! I don't know how you can say the mc preaches equality, the shit he does to Nia is horrible. And I don't wanna hear it's revenge for the bat. The player is just being marginally better then other slave owners. It also doesn't follow the other theme of the game as well, which is that the hotel is a home for (women) who are in need and fall back on everyone else in the hotel as safety net. The slave route so far goes against that.

I don't know what you had planned, but showing people that elves have culture won't convince slave owners that elves aren't animals. Ending slavery is gonna be difficult and then there is still racism to deal with. I wonder what you have planned for the racism and slavery plots.

I feel one if the post above offers the best solution. Rather than an end to slavery, it is Lin's slavery that is resolved and the hotel becomes an underground railroad of sorts.

Really, soon as I saw her she seemed to me to be a plant by the queen to spy on us in the cages.

I thought that at first too, but then we learned about the fairies, who would have been able to spy on us and report back much more easily. The elf would not have had any way to report back to her until we left.
That said, she could have been there to help get us talking, and to guide our discussions in certain ways, so that the fairies had something to report, not that she knew about that, but the way the queen spoke, I am working under the assumption that not only do the fairies do most things for her like that, but also that most, if not all, of the elves have no idea. Sylvia seemed to be closer to her than many, and she clearly had no idea.

While I admit, I haven't seen that route, other than the sex parts from someone's save they shared, Sylvia is a tsundere, and a known liar, it's hard to tell what she is 'into'. lol

I had been thinking along that line myself for some time. IT would take a lot of work, and far more land than he has at the moment, but Kali is talking him into expanding already, though not in that direction, but it would be a nice use.

In the meantime, it would be nice to use Nia and whatever people she may or may not have atm, to steal abused elves, that he could hide or ship off to one of the nations where they are free. Obviously sending them to the High Elves would not be good, but I Am sure they could find a place with the resources they will have access to soon.

It's sort of a "wish I didn't have to, but I should." type of thing. Either because they need money or because their situation is unfortunate enough like in the case of Sylvia. If Sylvia really didn't want something sexual, she would just say No, and there's nothing MC would do about it. Well, maybe try to convince of course! Or threaten a light punishment like maid work or spankings.
