Honestly, Runey and Lain should just partner up at this point - this game is the best I have seen on here with the mod, and among the least playable without.

It's actually pretty easy - you move around the hotel and you talk to the girls. That's it; there's a handful of day dependencies but these are relatively few and running through the various events/conversations with the girls too quickly means that you'll miss little extra scenes if you haven't taken you time to increase key stats.
I know many people like mods because they're afraid of missing things, but the only way that someone can miss things is by hard-charging through the game and not exploring a little.

I would doubt that'd happen if for no other reason than this isn't the only game Lain does mods for; however, I seem to remember her mentioning some time back that she will sometimes work with the various game devs when she does the mods, but that may not be a common thing.

I don't get the issue, I have never used any mods for it, and the game is really easy to play. Only issues I have ever really had were when I ran into one of those rare bugs that borks something.

I guess people don't like the grind, I will admit the games grind can be tedious. But for the most part I don't really mind it.
I don't really mind it either, unless it is something like don't care for, like the food job scenes, but all of the 'grind' in this game, for the most part, is completely optional (unless you are like me, and a bit ODC on the matter). Only a couple things even affect the story. Only needed grind is money, and worse case, just wait longer, it's not like there is a time limit.
That said, and bar button cover-up aside, even though I don't use them for most of these games (I haven't even tried the Violet side thing yet), I really appreciate the work and effort that goes into making the mods. I love modding in general, I think it is just the walkthrough thing I don't really want personally, I like figuring things out on my own. lol
Id advise against doing that. But if you must you can just use the cheat codes
