Don't remember exactly the order of the events but if you've went and talked to Moon all the evenings and there's still nothing, it probably means that yeah you have to move on with another girl first. If it's not Maria, maybe Kali or Emma / Felicity, I don't know where you're at with the other girls but I remember scenes with them. In doubt just move on with every girls and go visit the bar on the evening from time to time, eventually it's gonna happen unless there's a bug.
All events outside the bar are her coming to MC anyway so I don't see what else you could do.
You can only sneak in bedrooms during the night phase I think (unless I've missed things) so probably not that.

Use a download manager on 'the other two', like Jdownloader2, that way, even if it stops, it can start back up where it left off.

I finished all of Kali's story but I don't have Lucy/Lucia yet. It won't let me progress with Lucy's story. She's not even listed in my Harem yet. When I tried to use the cheat code to put all of Kali's status at full it puts her level back down to 33. How do I get Lucy's level to show up in the list of my Harem so I can progress with her story?
