You have to play through a character's story to unlock sex actions. Lin's footjobs happen late in the current story.

Yeah, it would kind of break the point of Lin's story.
Why? She asks you to do it, that is her preference.
She doesn't actually believe that (or them), but she is doing it anyway. My assumptions are that she is using it as an excuse to explore the urges ever young adult has, that she had been (unhealthily) repressing up to that point.

The game is still being developed. They are not in a place in their story to do sexual things together yet.
Played it now for the first time. Took me with the grind (I'm a max stat gamer) nearly 10h. Must say this game is great. And with 5 slaves know, please a elven orgy (MC only, at least on slave route) and at the end of the slave route, the elves distributed to the locations as meat onaholes for the MC.
I didn't think it was myself but that is the only scene I can think of, maybe there is another Felicity blowjob scene I've missed
but the dialogue is there f "Have you ever sheen such an amazing blowjob, Emma? Mmmph! Ggnh!"
Maybe I just need to increase their stats or something from the looks of it you just need to ask felicity for a blowjob when it's available, I'm not really that interested in Felicity out of those two I prefer Emma, so I've tended to just neglect Felicity only doing her story content.
Only repeatable one I remember is in the dungeon, I like Emma a lot better, but Felicity is learning and earning her place.
Can't wait to see how Emma reacts when she learns about her sister in the dungeon. I like there to be a story but I also like to be able to choose between being nice and and being an authoritarian in the game. That is what makes the game interesting. In this one I realized that I didn't have that choice so it became boring so I probably won't keep playing. There are other games where I do have that choice so I'd rather spend my time playing them.
I didn't get far enough into the game to be introduced to any laws about slavery. I met the receptionist, she introduced me to Lin, Lin burnt the pizza, I visited Lin in her room, she refused to take pictures, and I noticed that there wasn't option to fuck her so I commented about it on here and people replied to the effect that there wasn't a way in the game about slavery to treat the slave like a slave so I'll probably go back to Free Cities, Brothel King, Incubus City, and other similar games. I forget the name of the game but there is actually a text-based game I played that has almost the exact same premise as Harem Hotel in terms of inheriting a large building with slaves from an older relative but in that game you can actually fuck the slaves whenever it suits you even though the graphics are lacking.
