As a patron, Prerelease 2 is the full release, it's called a prerelease because it's available "pre(public)-release".
So what all can the elves do? After purchasing them all the only things I can seem to get them to do is fellatio in the spa and changing what they call me... I suppose I can change their diet but can't seem to find other things.
