HaremXOverlord is a 3D RPG project I'm developing solo in Unity.
You play an adventurer arriving in a village near a dangerous dungeon.
Combat is real-time, progression is open, and characters can be romanced through dialogue and actions. Animated sex scenes are part of the gameplay loop, not just extras.
This isn’t a static or menu-driven experience — it’s meant to be more interactive and freeform. You move, fight, talk, explore and unlock scenes by playing.
The upcoming 0.1 release is in final polish. The systems are in place — now I’m focusing on balancing, flow and presentation.
My goal is to create NSFW games with real gameplay, where freedom and immersion come first. It’s not perfect yet, but I’m pushing toward that vision seriously and alone.
Version 0.1 content:
• Real-time combat (weapons, spells, dodge)
• Handcrafted dungeon floors with random loot/enemy placement
• Background system: choose your origin at start (affects dialogues and gameplay)
• Only “Adventurer” is playable for now
• Affection system + one animated sex scene (with Gloria)
• NPCs, shops, crafting, day/night and weather systems
• Gacha system planned for future updates
These screenshots are from current development. The 0.1 demo will be released once final tuning is complete.
