Here's something I found to prevent chicks with huge tits from getting them sagged just put it on prompt: "breasts based on cup size".

Sometimes it prevents the ai from automatically fully clothing the breasts during a change of clothes prompt but it´s not guaranteed everytime.

It seems worth a try. Feels like many NSFW AI image generators nowadays are really tricky when it comes to getting the prompts right.
