So, are any of the other characters available yet or is it only the blonde girl with 3 dream scenes? I've scared her away a couple times but it always resets back to her.
The game's concept seems good, but the morning phase in which the tenant leaves for work is way, way too slow for something that's completely useless, since the gameplay only starts in the evening. Maybe if you added pixel animations of her taking a shower or getting dressed it'd be more justified, but there's no point in watching her walk out all the way off screen. Even when she's scared away you don't see her leave, she's already gone. In that sense, I'd like to see more variety of pixel animations.
However, the biggest flaw right now is that cutscenes aren't progressive but random. If love bar is anything below max, you get either kissing, sitting on lap or fondling scenes. The first two make sense for low level love, but not for high love. That means the game only has 3 stages:
- Max love, she plays in bed, you see a sex scene.
- Anything below max, you see a foreplay scene.
- 0 love, she has a nightmare and leaves immediately.
A minor flaw, but something I'd personally like to see is that being a prankster has no effect beyond making you move between those 3 stages. It doesn't matter if you were an asshole to her that day, if she has some love she'll dream the same fantasies. Rather than just the love meter, I think her fantasies should be different depending on how you treated her that day: Romantic if you treated her well, paranoid/afraid if you were mean (her being unable to find her underwear, or being fondled in her sleep, that kind of thing, doesn't even need to be an actual dream)
