Here's the file https://attachments.f95zone.to/2021/12/1549012_script.rpy , it gives a ton of stats, character names, and events but I genuinely have no clue where to start when looking for this file's origin. If anyone looks at the content presented in the file and it reminds them of a game lemme know. I'll list out some bullet points if you don't want to go digging inside.
-Characters named Chloe, Ashley, Cassandra, Laura, Nicole, Mum, Young mum (?), Violet, Brooke, and Mary
-Heavily featuring sis and mom content it seems
-Has a descent amount of pregnancy content
-Has a lecture hall that houses some events so school setting maybe?
-Seems to reference breeding and milking content as well as "cows"
-"Imperial" soldiers, roadblocks, and sieges are referenced so there's a war I guess?
-Has a score system with characters (relationship?) and serum count:
