I've download this game off dlsite but when I extract it , my pc doesn't even recognize it, won't let me play or nothing

Make sure you are in Japanese locale, for unzipping, and make sure you dont go too many folders deep when extracting.

Just tried that, same problem

As it is stated in DLSITE, some games require you to have the japanese language pack + system locale set to japan.

All those ????????? characters showing in your error message signal that you probably don't have the language pack.

i made it work, now i just need to make in in english

You can't as the game is only in Japanese unless you can find a MTL or translation of it.
