Having trouble getting RAGS to work

Trying to open any RAGS game, I get the following error:

Has anyone seen and fixed this before?

Do you have .net 3.5.1 installed?

Aso you must know the most Games works only in the Ragversion the producer used.

When a Game is produced in 3.5 and you use 4.5 you must find/download and use the Version 3.5.
