Second to last preview pic screams the screwglish up and ruins the immersion ::
"That's doesn't matter" => what ever happened to full words and less pun beats me.

That ones just country style english and if you arent a native speaker, it might seem confusing.

I find the language in this one pretty easy to follow actually. A little odd at times but not hard to figure out the intention or what I'm supposed to be doing.

Ha ha. Maybe. Or maybe not. We all know how these games go. Scientific breakthroughs are commonplace. Won't be difficult to come by a miracle drug that induces lactation by the liters. Wouldn't be surprised either if said milk is thereafter bottled and covers the cereal and coffee needs of the entire town. Not saying it's going to be part of this game; just that, with adult gaming, you can never say for sure. Just like female protagonists have a knack for getting themselves stuck in holes in walls (last image).
