RPGM - Completed - Hazumi and Pregnation [v1.11.1] [Mihiraghi]

Nice pregnancy centered game with just enough complexity to have some enjoyment as an experience. Would recommend to preg fetishists who want a strong focus on the development of the pregnancy as well as impregnation and birth.

Hazumi and Pregsstate was created with RPG Maker, but has significant scripting to make it a completely unique title. Movement is controlled with your keyboard’s arrow keys, or your mouse. Press Z to interact with people and objects. Press CTRL to skip dialogue. Press W to see your message history. Press Q to hide the text box.

The game is primarily a “Woman Simulator”. You need money to pay rent, buy feminine hygiene products, and feed yourself on a day to day basis. Outside of your finances, everything is up to player choice.

There are no battles or power ups. Instead you raise a stat called “Charm” by living a more comfortable life. Buy jewelry, add furniture to your house, and take a hot shower in order to increase your charm. Doing so will increase your earnings at work. Whether you’re a waitress or a prostitute, feminine charm will help you earn more from your hours.

Working as a prostitute offers you a mini-game of managing desire. You need to make your man cum, while also keeping Hazumi satisfied. She needs to be turned on to be properly lubricated for sex. Will you play with her tits? Or maybe go for a handjob? There are tons of choices you can make, and each has a unique impact.

Each man has different likes and dislikes. For example, some men are not interested in vaginal sex! They want to jerk off and cum on top of your pussy! Pleasing these men will get you a virgin pregnancy, which is super niche and super hot!

Job experience is tracked and will earn you more money over time. At the waitress job, performing combos will earn you even more money!

Completing the game will earn you a “New Game Plus” mode. This allows you to keep some items, all of your money, and a quarter of your charm level. You can optionally decide if your sex stats also carry over, or you can play your “New Game Plus” as a virgin!

Numerous features in-game are implied but were never implimented. Dialogue indicates that condoms can break, but it only happens once. It also indicates that players can seek out abortions, but it never happens.

Overall - Definitely worth playing. More of my thoughts here.

that deserves a perfect score in my opinion.

A straight 3 out of 5 stars in my book. The mod is pretty nice. Game is pretty grindy in that you are really doing the same shit, and if you don't play the sex minigame you will only be getting around half the cash that it says you should expect.

The new game+ options I can't recommend it only adds 1 item you can buy from the milk person at the OB/GYN which makes it so you can have another kid while already pregnant, but the item is expensive af and from what I saw doesn't really do anything different than having multiple kids.

The couple other negatives I have are for whatever reason the MC is a virgin, which means jack shit in this game because the only thing being a virgin does is add a couple lines of flavour text for when you first have sex and give you a cash "bonus" for that time. Other than that it adds nothing to game thus imo it shouldn't be in the game in the first place.

Your friend also doesn't seem to add anything to the game which is a disappointment because it seemed it was building that relationship only for literally nothing to come from it.

There are also multiple items in the game which only seem to be there to waste your time and money. Cool you can by condoms.... why the whole gameplay loop involves getting pregnant and to even use them you have to play the minigame in which you have full control on whether you even need to have penetrative sex with the client. There is also contraceptive pills which while have a purpose aside from contraception is only there to cause a couple scenes.

Overall I would say 35% of the items are useless from what I have played which makes knowing how to spend your cash annoying especially before you stark raking in the money.

Other than those things I can't think of really any negatives.

I say try it if you like the concepts and tags.

My total playtime was around 12 hours, But a lot of that was grinding out Milk to give to the OB/GYN guy for all the upgrades. My playtime without grinding out for that stuff was probably around 7 maybe 8 hours at the most.

This game is fantastic for those who enjoy pregnancy and pregnancy related elements, however not all of those elements are animated and some are purely just flavor text actions. The game does excel at having a detailed, staged pregnancy. Nipples progressively darken and lactate at the end of pregnancy. The belly visually expands based on the pregnancy stage and can become flabby after birth. There also is an optional birthing scene. Note that you do not keep your children unless you have the money, which then ends the game if you decide to keep your child(ren). Semen and sperm statistics are also tracked along with periods and unsafe weeks.

The secondary aspect of the game, the sex mini game, is nothing surprising. Whilst skippable , the mini game offers a 2 layers deep menu system with simple actions and some animations such as deepthroating, vaginal sex, and breastfeeding. One pet peeve of mine however is the disconnect of emotion from the female protagonist and the described sexual actions. She can be given an aphrodisiac drug, and the description reads something like "Guy forced Hazumi to swallow the drug." However, Hazumi is on screen smiling away. At one point the game can say she feels uncomfortable, but again she is still smiling like nothing is happening to her.

The rest of the game is bare bones outside of the sex mini game and being pregnant. There is a simple system in place to measure the MC's charm based on the furniture she has bought, her basic hygiene, and the close worn.

Overall, the game is a simple repetitive grind to procreate, but if you enjoy realistic pregnancies and or sex with risk of pregnancy I highly recommend. Game is pretty great if you enjoy games with pregnancy that is not reliant on an ending. If you do not enjoy pregnancy, which is the games main focus, than you may not enjoy it. The gameplay is not too difficult, with the main goal being to make money in order to improve Hazumi's living condition. The story in this game is fairly minimal, but there are additional features to find.

It's a fun little game that appeals to those who enjoy the impregnation and x-ray fetishes. *Raises Hand* Combined with the mod, you get to see just about everything over the course of a pregnancy. There are even details like darkened nipples and flabby post-birth bellies. That's really cool.

The downside of this game is that it is pretty grindy until Hazumi has her first kid. In addition, there's not much story development and the sex scenes are really repetitive, yet if you skip through the prostitution performance, you won't get as much money. But once you get enough furniture and up your charm, you're pretty set, so the grinding pretty much stops.

So it's good for apealing to some pretty specific kinks. Would love to see the story develop more so that Hazumi has a life outside of whoring, buying lotion, and paying rent. Even some different outfits or CGs or H-scenes would help.

What sort of nut case set everything so pricey. Aphrodisiac price is about 50-200 for low quality, medium be like 20k and a good one worth 400k?

With such a huge jump in the price of the game item, how do you expect one to play it. Earning about 1-3k for each prostitution & cost of each interior could go between 20-60k, talk about one hell of a grinding out there.

Forget about the ingame part-time job, it literally equal to 0 income doing it.

Those ingame cost of item makes the inflation in Venezuela looks like a child play.

the story just make me laught like you meet you friend in school he advice you to prostitute urself and ur girl just say "yeah in those time that the only solution" without shy or nothing. that all, there a difference between not have a good story and nothing...

And if the problem was just here..
most of the choice u make in H-scene just don't show you anything, u only see a dick in the mouth and in the backstage (without difference between depthroat, lick, kiss, ect nothing)

the ONLY thing i can say "good" about it is the idea of progression in the pregnancy, that a good idea and that deserve my second star.
