So this is a niche fetish centered around online class-based co-op gameplay. It usually involves the healer / support acting submissive to the other players, especially the tank if there is one. Aside from just healing the group, this can be expressed with gameplay choices that go against the player's self-interest, like not rolling on valuable loot, or being the guild's resource-farming bitch. And of course, ERP is common too.
So I'd like to make this thread a resource on healslutting RP in games. Even if you don't have experience with RPing it (I haven't), your multiplayer game knowledge could help identify opportunities and ideas.
Offline single-player
Skyrim has very good potential for this. It has healing magic, you can specialize in it and avoid doing any damage yourself, being fully dependent on your companion to win fights. And there are a couple of good sub-MC mods involving followers, specifically Lola (The Resubmission) and Devious Followers. For female MC, there are some misogyny-world mods as well that actually make it a crime to wear armor (you can set an exception for bikini armor if you want), wield weapons, or leave town without a male escort, among other things. You can also throw in bondage with Devious Devices and a couple other mods. And there are plenty of slave-MC mods also. The main thing working against the immersion is the fact you're still leading your companion around the world and speaking to NPCs, when thematically it should be the opposite.
Healslut: It's a pure VN so I don't have the patience to play through it. But from what I've seen, it does a good job with the theme, is well-written and has an optional track that takes MC's choices away. MC can be female or male (with unavoidable gender-bender), their MMO avatar is female.
Uni: MC can play a MMO with a lewd group that uses mods to have kinky sex ingame. No actual healslutting yet from what I've seen, but it's clearly going there with MC as a healslut and possibly using vibes irl as reward / punishment. When starting you can choose a class, 2 of which don't heal, so I don't know where those lead.
In Netoria Tactics, Gwenivier can take up a sexy dancer healing class at the player's discretion, with in-combat groping and such. There's also optional gender-bender for MC, but I don't know if he/she can healslut.
(On the topic, I'm also interested in the NTR theme of healers starting to heal the stealer more than the MC in fights. I feel like this is a trope, I know it is / was in HPMF and I feel I've seen it elsewhere).
MMO
Work in progress. The popular MMOs all have potential, including WoW, FF14 and Warframe. FF14 apparently allows players to set up their own venues and some of these are straight-up player-run brothels and strip clubs, making it easier to find ERP ingame.
Unfortunately for attempting to healslut with randoms, I know retail WoW's PUG dungeon-running is beyond busted, with 5 strangers facerolling through dungeons without saying much of anything. You may have more luck on a RP realm, or better yet vanilla Classic where there is some semblance of player interaction and challenge in PUG content while leveling.
Online Co-op
Work in progress. I read Dark Souls / Elden Ring has some potential for it in co-op, but I haven't played either.
Online PVP
Overwatch is the game that started the theme, with Mercy basically being the poster-girl for the activity. League of Legends also seems very popular for healslutting.
Stories
Work in progress, nothing yet. Though you can make your own with the help of AI writing tools. You can roleplay your character and let the AI decide what party members will do. I've been using
