Do many people eat right and exercise here? However, I've never understood what the point is if you die anyway. Sometimes I think in that direction, but I still keep moving a little bit. Just to try.

See wikipedia guy and the dude who gives out unsolicited adviceYou need to keep up the basics. Some yoga at a minimum. If you don't your muscles get tight and your mobility reduces. It's best to start the day with a short but energizing routine.
* Hindu's, Jains and Buddhists have entered the chat.Of course I do. You only get one life, why waste it by spending it in a mobility scooter.
Day ruined...

Hey, for all I know they could be right. I'm not even a speck of dust in the vast universe, the fuck do I really know about anything?* Hindu's, Jains and Buddhists have entered the chat.
That's why you use Koikatu.Hey, for all I know they could be right. I'm not even a speck of dust in the vast universe, the fuck do I really know about anything?
I like your positive attitude. You think you'll live to be 40.I do Bowls, Golf, Taichi, Yoga intermittently as well as basic calisthenics at home (although I do some of the more strenuous ones now as well on top of these). My philosophy with sports and exercise is that one can only do Football, Rugby, Tennis for so long before it's physically impossible to do, but with the so called 'old' sports well, if you KNOW these are the end point, if you KNOW this is where you will end up being the only thing you can do, then I figure, why not get a 30 - 40 year head start? Then when my old school/work compatriots are just getting into it, I've got 30 - 40 years of experience and practice on them. At that point they can suck my wrinkly balls after their defeat as I jump on my mobility scooter, subwoofer on the back and two of the nurses from the home to give me a sponge bath when I get back.
I use koikatsu because I like the aesthetic and a 400 pound hunk of cast iron crushed my drawing hand causing permanent nerve and muscle damage. Go off though. That's why you use Koikatu.

Indeed. But shit happens, I'm not gonna let it get me down. One life, after all. Can't spend it being negative all the time.Ah yes, your HVAC stuff.
