Heart Problems is one of the best games on this site, couldn't recommend it more. It's an SSS-tier aunt netori, and she's one of the hottest AVN love interests ever. Awesome visuals, attractive LIs, fantastic slow-burn. The game is still incomplete but what we *have* gotten so far is amazing already, MC has yet to go all the way with the aunt as she still feels that would be wrong but they've done juuuust about everything else lmao

This is a great game. The storyline is interesting, and the graphics are very detailed. The first time I played it, I immediately liked it, even though the updates took a long time. But it all paid off with a great game

Arguably my favorite of all the adult visual novels. The build up to finally bang Emilia is great. Updates aren’t particularly expedient, however, the quality is maintained and I would always rather have the best product over a quick turnaround

This is definitely one of the best out there. The care and affection with which the characters are made is undoubtedly something to be used as inspiration for other creators. We have beautiful characters, very characteristic bodies, and very well drawn, from head to toe. Every inch of the body is made in a realistic and very attractive way. In the steamy scenes, we have many positions, each position is very exciting, each close-up is thought out to show the best part. The animations of the scenes are very well done and meticulous. It's a shame it takes so long to release new content, but in my opinion it's better that it takes years and is a masterpiece than that it comes out every month and is just another one. Developer, if you ever read this, thank you very much for your work. I hope you are happy and very successful, you deserve it.

This game is one of the top games seen and no wonder it has over 300+ votes as of now averaging 4 and up stars, meaningly the content is very nice and people are looking forward to it. And I'm sure If this game really had a lot of content hopefully, then a lot of people will acknowledge this game. I just hope we won't getting blue balled again in the chapter 9 at the beach scene damn you Dev if you could just add a 3 renders of MC nutting hahaha, but thanks for your hard work .

We all know this game is a huge banger but sadly dev has to work and I understand him. I hope the dev is okay and have time to work in this project since this is one of my favorite games and I guess dev only works alone without any collaboration or another developer helping him.

- Scenes is outstanding different pov's and the sound effects is real sounds and sync well. Not just randomly inserted of female moaning.

- The girls are really beautiful, and their facial expression really caught my attention, especially in lewd scenes plus their dialogues.

- Best animations their face is still like them and it is very smooth not some 2-3 frames. The Dev really created this masterpiece well. I liked the part in the latest update when the MC is about to nut the animation (screen) is shaking, MC feeling the best feeling he ever had.

- As long as there is progress fast or slow I'm happy that the dev is working on it. I'm not relying on my imagination to Amelie and other kinky stuff lol.

- Maybe if the dev will just focus to the 3 girls and not add the other side characters to ease up his work, were just here for the 3 girls, but there has to have a storyline so I respect what's the dev decision.

I hope the game is not nearing the end and mark as complete soon since most of us just waiting the Amelie bang scene. I hope it's still not halfway through, my mind is buzzing me a lot from the 3 girls especially Amelie. Hoping everyone had a great new year ahead. We all been waiting Amelie for a long time and I was waiting for it too.

This novel is very good, the animation, the picture rendering, everything is amazing, especially the woman is very sexy, hot and pretty. I have never seen such a novel. The best thing is that a player does not have to collect any points. The romantic scenes can be seen very easily. But there are many games where you have to collect points and if you follow the wrong path, the romantic scenes cannot be seen. Moreover, each update is updated as a whole chapter and after downloading a new one, you can start directly from the new update. I have been playing this type of novel for a long time but I have not appreciated any novel and I cannot help but appreciate this novel, so I came here My Rating Is 10/10

After making comparison between extra few games, I would like to raise the rating to be 3 stars out of 5 and wait for the perfomance of the next chapter. And I also tried to correct my grammar and vocabulary mistakes and change some views as well.

First review and sorry for not being a native English speaker, which hopefully not lead to misunderstanding.
I just finished 10 Chapters in a day or so and found the story stopped at a really disappointing spot.
Pros:
1.Great Models, Hot scenes with appropriate background music as well as Moans which although sounds a little bit AI-generated. I would promise that certain scenes with Amelie and Kylee could definitely turn you on. And it is great that these scenes are long and enjoyable enough.
2.You could barely choose wrong options, thus miss nothing in the gallery. Though it could make you feel you have no choice, it is great to purely enjoy the story.
3.Good system with the setting and gallery reviews. Though this is the base of the game, I still appreciate the detail.
Cons:
1.It seems that it has fun on interaction with Stephanie at the very beginning. However, it got more and more annoying as the story proceeded. I think people would prefer either a girl with mature body and childish thought or elsewise. I can't imagine Dev put a girl looks and acts exactlly like a kid. And this character does everything just based on mocking and jealousy. She knows nothing on sex but keeps blackmailing MC throughout the whole story, which is really annoying, especially when you have to keep watching those scenes and cannot just skip those parts. And it is ridiculous that MC would probably FK a kid under 18 from every perspective you could see.
2. The story progress is getting weird after uncle's coming home. The content leaves me the impression that Dev met an obstacle on proceeding the relationship between MC and auntie. Cuz the uncle is trying to fix the relationship which provides no explicit excuses for MC and auntie to go on deeper. Even after the betraying call that night, you could feel Dev would not like to expand the contradiction from there. I'm not sure if it tried to make us player feel regretful on this by showing that the uncle is not really that bastard as you think.
3. Great sex scenes with Ameilie, and understandable on those "No there're boundaries" or "No we couldn't do this" etc. words. But c'mon, we are reading an AVN!!! All these 10 chapters could really leave you enough space to show the inner-change of a lady from a reserved and responsible housewife to whom find what she really wants to be a female. Just really disappointing that MC couldn't really get a real FK up when you know a character has more than 3 pages of scenes in gallery(which is the most). I truly appreciated the description on the psychological change. But it seems that the story would last long enough until the final step is taken. I doubt if the story would end immediately right after MC could reach the final step with Amelie.

To be honest, the music with those sex scenes make this game really appealing, cause those women(not kid) are truly hot with strong personality , but the story truly ruins the whole experience. With the circumstance that Dev couldn't actually update as often as it wish,(It is said that this game has been developed for 5 years OMG.) I doubt us players would still have the patience to wait for next candies to be delivered.

(With this part being totally new edited, I would like to say)After all, it seems that hopefully the next chapter is coming up sooner or later. I would still keep this game in my computer and wait to see what would happen. And from my perspective, this game really impressed me, who is a milf enthusiast, at this stage, and I really hope that it could get better and better. I have to admit that the combination of the scenes, the motions, the expression, the music, the Amelie is irreplaceable to some degree. I think people would agree that many other games couldn't provide sex scenes with this quality, so I would save 1 extra star for my expectation, even though I was still very disappointed above.

I had really high hopes for this game and enjoyed the first 6-7 episodes a lot. However, after those episodes, the following ones felt like they were just repeating themselves. The constant lines like 'You’re my nephew now' or 'We have boundaries' really slowed the pace down. This isn’t a slow burn, it’s more of a 'slow game'. Overall, though, I still enjoyed the game; it’s very sexy, and the love interests are definitely hot. But I agree with most people that the women are kind of like dolls. Also, I’m not sure why, but the eyes, especially on the milf character, look off. This game could have been a masterpiece, but it’s not bad ,it's still a good game. I appreciate the creator.

+ Some of the most gorgeous models, especially MILF, Amelia.

-- As another reviewer points out, the skin is too smooth = doll-like, when the level of graphics could really have been enhanced with a subtle texture.

> Some of the still shots are a bit too static in the eyes and thus lack a bit of emotion...while others are lost in pleasure or visibly 'up to something'. The bikini modeling scene is a perfect example. Great animation with the girls walking but the head looks awkward like a bobble-head.

+ Love the corruption path with LI's.
Hot and sexy!!

+ Great sex scenes and animations.
Love the various POVs and speed adjustments offered. Leaving it up to the player to decide to make the scene last as long or short as they want.

-- There is a gap in the writing/story where we get one 'sex-related' scene after another with little to no story or character development between. Also, byt the 6th time of MC getting it on with the aunt to only have the same dialogue "Please I can't help myself" ; "We must stop before we are caught and it's inapproriate."...yeah, it's boring now.

+ It is a porn VN after all, so the sex scenes with very little character development or other macro plot does make sense too.

-- By Chapter 7 or 8 everyone is making assumptions about Uncle Davie. I'm hoping the 'full story' gets revealed soon.

OVERALL:
I'm really enjoying this VN and the models are top-tier.

5/5 for me. Amelie is on of the best MILF model on the site, those renders and animations (especially the kissing and thigh stuff) are pure fire. The slow corruption and constant teasing/build-up with the whole family hits just right if you're into that tension. Yeah, updates take forever, some dialogue feels translated, and it's basically kinetic with almost no real choices, but the visuals, poses, sounds and that passion when scenes finally drop blow everything else out the water. Easily top-tier slow-burn incest AVN. Worth every wait.

This AVN's writing is simultaneously bad and good, for what it is. Bad, because it's a damn near non-stop drivel on and on about "but we can't be doing this, we're step biological roommates" or whatever the fuck you label the relationships with. But good, because it does not pretend to have some higher point to make or a convoluted plot: you got a horny MC, you got horny LIs, and there is character development present as you progress through the episodes.

It takes a lot of time to start getting down to business with them, with a lot of edging and blueballing, and it's up to you, the coomer, to decide if it's worth it.

At least on the visual side, the LIs are quite attractive looking, plus the dev got better at DAZ as time went on, and it shows, and not only on the horny aspect of it - facial expressions get better with time, more details are added to scenes.

All in all - this AVN is worth trying if you don't expect your brain to have as much fun as your genitals will.

One of the best AVNs. I like the good balance of slow burn and actual scenes. Also the option for incest relations even if some dialogues don't make 100% sense is nice.

Also it's nice to have scenes between mature, young and an obviously underage girl. I know she's officially 21 years old but you know....

Huge part of this is personal preference. If you like those kinks, you'll love the game, if not, it's probably just average for you.

The graphics and animations are not the best of the best but very good overall. For my personal taste, all characters look a bit artificially colored and pale, because of the not realistic ligting.

This is my favorite game on this site.

Not because it's flawless by any means, but because when it does something right, it does better than any other.

I see some complaints about the slowburn etc etc, but i think that this game really stands out when it comes to the teasing and seduction, matter of fact, it's one of the few times when the writting not only works, but it's quite good.

I'm not saying that I wouldn't like to see some real action, actually, I would like it as soon as possible, but I also appreciate good teasing scenes and this sexual tension growth between the characters. The game also succeeds in rewarding the player with a good first scene for whatever he was anticipating.

PROS:
- The best character ever made for a VN (Amelie, if you're somehow wondering)
- Good progression with the sexual scenes regarding the main LIs.
- Outstanding kissing scenes (something that is missing in most of these games)
- 10/10 animations
- Good writting when the conversations are somehow heart to heart
- I just love how passionate the sex is in this game.

CONS:
- It's almost a kinetic novel, few choices matter besides minor dialogue changes. For instance, I would like to see some branching where Kylee romance were skippable and I could focus on a different approach with Stephanie, where she wouldn't be jealous or anything, but this doesn't exist because Kylee is not optional.
- MC's dry humping horny dog behavior is lame and doesn't fit some other (mandatory) attitudes that he chooses.
- Side characters are uninteresting.
- The writting is bad often.
-Kylee is not optional. (I could say that Amelie being not optional is also a problem, but who tf would skip Amelie? I don't even care how it would affect other relations when you're not being with Amelie all the time)

Long story short, The PROS heavily outshines the CONS and this one is a must for people who likes the actual sex in a game and doesn't bother with too much attention for detail or requires some masterclass screenwritting for a sex game.

This is THE one AVN I’d go through fire for. While the developer can sometimes seem unreliable or vanish into the void (though right now his communication is the best it’s ever been since the AVN started), the quality of the work is undeniable. In terms of pure aesthetics, there’s no other AVN that can hold a candle to Heart Problems for me. Sure, I might be biased, since Amelie is my number one LI among all the other beautiful women — but even objectively, it’s hard to deny that the animations are crafted with a level of attention to detail that’s rarely seen.

Even the moans and sex sounds are incorporated almost perfectly — something so many other AVNs fail at (cheap porn sounds, anyone?) or don’t even attempt, even though Heart Problems shows that it can be done! The story itself doesn’t have huge depth, but watching Amelie’s growing longing over time is an art form of its own. And while you could accuse the dev of blueballing since the MC still hasn’t had sex with her — the most important LI — Xenorav still manages to make every scene with her feel fresh and unique, keeping you fully engaged nonetheless.

The updates often aren’t very long and still take a lot of time, yet there’s absolutely no filler material, and you never feel disappointed by their length. For me, this is the one masterpiece I’ve found among all the mediocre stuff out there. 5/5 almost doesn’t even do it justice.

The fact that it hasn’t made it to at least the top 5 on the front page yet is honestly the biggest outrage.

The best slow-burn renpy-3d-daz-incest type game ever, by a long shot. The renders, animations and framing are top notch and uniquely for these types of games, it is constantly sexy even in SFW situations by masterful posing, use of clothing, angles, etc to make even a fully clothed character look attractive - and the MC interacts very physically with these characters very frequently, even without actual sex happening

Scenes are not simply a thing that happens and then you transition into reading boring text until the next scene, but a persistent thing with the MC constantly groping or peeping on the female chars eventually escalating into foreplay, intercrural, oral etc in a way that's very compelling. Once you start paying attention to this, it's weird how most other similar VNs are so anemic in comparison

Overall the story is slow to progress, the dev clearly has some shit going on IRL, but the varied characters, excellent renders and animations are worth the weight. Very worth supporting

This game, in my opinion, is an example of a game with a lot of potential, but terribly wasted.
The renders are incredible, as are the design of the members of the 10-star house... the BAD thing is the update time. This game showed the system as abandoned, which was somewhat depressing since the MC's relationship with two of the house's protagonists was left unfinished.
We'll see how it ends this time with the development of the relationship with the MILF.
