If you're on bog standard PC controls it's the N key! (I always forget too, have to look up every new build, almost!)
Though you need to be back a bit from the actor you're playing with, because in close proximity you end up laying kisses on them instead of bringing the tongue out.

TAB - circle menu
C - climax
T - teleport
WASD - movement
Q/E - height
N - tongue/kiss
RMB (hold) - look
LMB - USE
Scroll up/down - closer/further
ESC - main menu

Hi, the patcher is returnig me the error "0xc000007b" i know it works and i used it before but now i reinstalled my Windows 10 and stopped working.
