About the watching, I'm not sure but I'm sure they are quite strict on the incest thing in general, my guess they won't like that.
Still.. Watch Mom and Sis together with a BBC well.. pretty sure they won't like that.
Don't get me wrong, I think the Patreon policy sucks bad when it comes to this taboo but since you started your journey on this you should make sure you won't get surprises later on.
Can try sending them a mail, tell them your plans and be transparent 100% and I'm sure someone from their team will give you the answer you need.

I wanted to do a father-in-law thing and they didn't accept that even if there's no legal relationship between "husband/boyfriend" and "wife/girlfriend" or if the father it's a step one or any other type. Apart that "father-in-law" it is not accepted I would have cucking in that comic, the father would fuck his son wife/gf in front of him, and they did not agree with that... this makes me think your MC watching his relatives getting fucked and even more having a desire on watching them it will break their rules.
But on the other end, you can risk it, there are still a few games on Patreon that contain incest, even popular games.. don't want to point to anyone, I'm just saying.

I’ve used some dumb loopholes in the about section on my Patreon. Doubt they’ll buy it but it’s better than just hoping to not get reviewed lol

You can just do what others do and put:

This is [Name] she is your [user input here] if making a game. Or if making a comic I suppose you can skirt round the issue by not mentioning any relations between characters, difficult but not impossible.

Yeah that would work for a game, but my Patreon page itself is the story. I don’t think it’s possible to add user-defined variables to the page.
