The first image show that if you click that first choice you get a sex scene, with is not true because i as going full dark/savage and still got it. It is forced, not a player choice.

Yup, you're right, either option will definitely lead you to that lewd scene. The thing is, one gives you affection (+1) and the other takes it away (-1), which is why I set it up that way, but yes, both options lead you to the scene without any problems, whether you're on the rebel, structured, wholesome, or savage path!
