Lets dissect this, a newbie is a person thats new to anything. So that would mean you, as this is your introduction. And crushing in this context probably means to look down upon, to make someone less important. So basically newbie crushing on a forum could mean giving someone harsh answers without any reason, to not let him contribute to a conversation or other things just because he is new.

A little side info, a noob is someone that is new to something but is actually already annoying, insulting, demanding or in other means leaving a bad aftertaste. Many people get that wrong, we are all newbies sometimes but not necessarily a noob.
