Hello everyone.

For some time I've been a quiet member of this society, busy working on my very tiny project when I can.

A NSFW sanbox-dating sim and I don't even know what-else-I-can-type-here game. From a time to time I made some small mods (not for NSFW, but still), tried to develop my own game, but it was long time ago, when it was like a dream and thats it.

I did play lots of games in the past, and I do really like freeplay-sandbox games, and now I am here, working on my NSFW renpy game that I still didn't announce. I can't say that it is gonna be great or I don't even know if it is gonna be any good, because I still learn how to draw and this and that... But I still want to make it, share my vision of a sandbox (or other genre, still not sure, I confuse these genres a little) game. Made by a player for the players as I see it.

Also I do really want to know if there is a part of a forum where I can discuss non-development stuff about it, because I didn't find it if there is a thread for this ┐('~`; )┌

My name isn't F95, but I'll say hey anyway. :Kappa:

It doesn't have to be great for everyone, just your audience.

Good luck on your project. Take care.
I didn't mean to call anyone f95     it's just... you know, anyone that will read and all
I'll change it right now! Hope I wont be banned for editing too much
Thank you a lot!! And I don't have an audience
At least, for now! :>

Uhh.. what exactly did you mean by "self-confessed very questionable game"? xd
Thanks anyway
You say in advance that you don't know if it will be good,
you're not sure what kind of game you want to create,
you also say that that you still have to learn everything(drawing and everything else )

1.Believe in your project, have confidence in yourself,
and make the best of what you can, with the genre you like to play

2.Everyone starts from zero and has to learn everything,
but like i said,
have damn self-confidence in yourself and the project you want to do,
put your whole soul into it with the resources you have,
don't read the comments afterwards and certainly don't worry about it,
as long as you are proud of what you have created !!

welcome again..and hopefully it won't remain just a dream now and you can really create something.. (y)

1. Ah, I probably was a little confused while wrote this.
I am not-not sure what kind of game I want to create, its just there are so many genres, so I can't remember every genre I need to mention
I have doubts in my art, because I learn and it will take some time to improve my art. Yes, I learn how to draw, I learn more about writing, and more, and more.
2. ye, I understand.

Well-cum. If general non-development hypothetical game chatter is what you want, then I think just opening a thread in the General Discussion forum should suffice. As you've been a member of this site for several years, I can surmise that you've been hard at work learning skills and planning your games in your spare time. Sometimes it takes a long time just to prepare to begin, but if you prepare properly, perhaps and perchance your proper preparation prevents poor performance.

aaand what if it's a development hypothetical game chatter, but not about art or renpy?

That fits right into the main Programming & Development forum, if you have a particular game you're still working on now or will be working on soon. There is also a Dev Help section for advice on specific aspects of the development. As far as, "Hey guys I'm thinking of working on a game, what do you want to see in it?" the General forum is still your best bet until you have some assets you can put into a dedicated thread on the programming forum.
