I found a good thread about this with links to games with pregnancy. But now the search on this site and a customised web search didn't find that page.

and then try different include and exclude tags.
Please note that some games aren't tagged properly and some games are tagged with pregnancy even though there's no such thing in the game yet (or will ever be)
