Ren'py do not express its error that way, therefore there's something that Ren'py do and that the OS, or a driver, or a library, don't like at all, what make it throw this error. But my crystal ball being actually broke, I absolutely don't know what is the effective problem.

0x0007b usually refers to a missing DLL file (dynamic Link library) I would suggest looking at event viewer see if it can shed any light .

AS A WORD OF CAUTION . IF you find out which DLL is missing do not download it off the internet as it will most likely contain a nasty .Reinstall required app/ program to get the required dll
